Easy to Take, Well Designed Probiotic
I started taking Ritual Natalbiotic during pregnancy and continued postpartum, and overall I’ve had a very positive experience. What initially drew me to this supplement was that it’s clearly designed specifically for moms, with strains that support digestive, vaginal, and immune health rather than being a generic probiotic.The capsule design is unique and thoughtfully done. It’s a nested tablet capsule, and despite how it looks, I had no trouble swallowing it. I appreciate that this design is meant to protect the pre and probiotics until they’re released, and it gave me confidence that the ingredients are staying effective.From a day to day standpoint, it’s been gentle on my stomach. These are a great way of getting your daily pregnancy microbiome support supplements. I appreciate the natural ingredients used in the formulation of this supplement, and the fact that these capsules are helping both my baby and me. The capsules are not too large, and they are tasteless, have no smell, and are easy to swallow. I haven’t experienced any negative effects whatsoever from taking them, and they are easy on my stomach. The packaging is well-sealed for peace of mind. These work great for me and I definitely recommend this high-quality, great-value supplement. I have the highest confidence in these and all Ritual supplements.

I’ve seen some people I trust recommend Ritual supplements, and now that I’ve tried one I can really see why. The company is incredibly transparent about the ingredients and from where they source them. They are Non-GMO Project Verified, and they use third party laboratories to test heavy metal and microbe content. This is all exactly what I’m looking for in a supplement company!The bottle comes well sealed with tamper-proof packaging. The capsules really are two-in-one, with a large veggie cap filled with tiny tablets and a tiny second capsule. The bottle also has Scent Tab that is has lovely citrus scent that gives the capsules a subtle lemon-orange flavor. I’ve had the bottle for close to two weeks and I’ve experienced no negative effects – either immediate, such as nausea, bloating, or a bad aftertaste, or longer term, such as GI issues. I’m trying to maintain my microbiome, not rebuild poor gut health, so it’s good that I haven’t seen any major changes. I’ll continue to take the rest of the bottle and update this review if anything does change.

I absolutely love Ritual and have previously ordered their prenatal vitamins several times in the past.I suffer from mild Chrons disease, so having a quality probiotic on hand for battling bloating and pain after eating is essential for me. These are so effective and take little to no time at all to take effect. They don’t have any funky smells or flavors, aren’t hard to swallow, and don’t leave you questioning their quality. These boast an impressive 10 Billion CFU as well as PREbiotics which really make these a super quality supplement. They’ve also helped balance my feminine micro biome post-partum which made them nearly worth their weight in gold all on their own.If you’re looking for a pregnancy, breastfeeding, and PP safe probiotic that does exactly what you need it to, that’s safe, tested, and filled with high quality sourced ingredients, then look no further.These are worth every penny and I will be restocking these for myself for the foreseeable future.

Great blend of probiotics, expensive
This particular blend of probiotics is aimed at women’s (and children’s) health. I did an internet search of each of the particular probitotics and learned exactly the benefits of each, it is quite interesting. The combination of these probiotics, some of them patented, was intentional and none seem to be added as an afterthought or as ‘filler’. One of them is even shown in research to help with mental health, which surprised me.For me: I am not a woman with a baby, I am post-menopausal, which brings its own issues to be dealt with. I had no problem with the capsules, and I found the lemon essence a nice change from the usual. I have found over the last week that I seem to have a better sense of well-beign and I am sleeping more deeply at night, but whether I can attribute that to this particular product or a change in the weather and time, I’m not sure at this point.This product is expensive at $66-, especially for a supply of 30 capsules. I’m not sure I will continue to take one of these daily after the initial month. On the other hand, the patented probiotic strains may be significantly more costly than ‘generic’ strains. I think the only way to find out is to take a full month’s supply, then stop taking them and see if there is a difference or worsening of my health, whether physical or emotional.
