Can provide some relief, but it didn’t really do much for my wife.
As all breastfeeding moms know, it hurts. There are a lot of things on the market to help with that, and they all have their pros and cons. My wife was searching for her go-to as well, and she tried this.It worked.. okay? The vibrating and numbing helped for bruising, but that relief was very temporary. She wanted to use multiple modes together, but it doesn’t allow for that. The pen itself was a good size to maneuver around the sore areas, but it didn’t seem more effective than other ways to relieve the pain and soreness. It doesn’t get too hot or too cold, and I think that was part of her disappointment.She did like that it was rechargeable, had a refill, and the cream was nice.. but she needed more relief as soon as she stopped using it, and it isn’t feasible to carry this around and keep it applied.The quality of the pen is nice, and the battery holds a charge decently. It is easy to clean with soft soap and warm water.Overall, it might work for some moms, but it didn’t for her. She would not recommend this to her friends.

Really cool/helpful concept
I was really excited to try this and overall am satisfied with the product. The heating and cooling features definitely work but I agree with others saying that they could be a lot stronger. The cream comes out perfectly fine and personally it, has been helpful and hydrating on my skin. With the vibrating feature I feel the same in the way that it could be a little stronger but for it to be a 3-in-1 product, I expect for there to be a few glitches here and there. Overall I have no regrets about this and feel that it’s a nice gift type item for expecting parents!
