Pretty Good Overall, With a Small Caveat
TL;DR Solid toner overall, but YMMV, it was slightly irritating to my skin.I’d like to start by clarifying that my skin type is combination, which means I have both oily and dry sections on my face.This new toner by Illiyoon is very solid when compared to other toners and general facial moisturizers. I’ve been using this for a few weeks, applying it nightly after I finish washing my face. It’s very very light and dries without noticeable residue or stickiness on your face. It moisturizes well, leaving my skin hydrated and very soft and supple. It also only requires a few drops for effective coverage, so I’d imagine it would last a decent amount of time for a single person. There’s no real noticeable smell or scent even when I apply it to my face which is a plus for people that might be sensitive to scents and reduces chances of irritation for some people.Despite it being a fantastic toner, there’s one MAJOR con that some people might run into. Despite claiming to be low-irritant, it does slightly irritate my skin after application. I get a slight tingling/burning sensation after applying it, but it goes away after a few minutes. I can imagine some people might have worse reactions than I do, and I know some other people don’t have any reaction to it at all, so your mileage may vary.If your skin doesn’t react to it this is a very solid toner to add to your routine!
