This is an amazing product! I Purchased 1 of these about 16months ago. It was giving some issues with leaking but it sure did last a long time with no issues! Well worth the money. My cats are drinking plenty of water. I just set up the new 1 I purchased recently and the equipment has been upgraded. I absolutely love the new pump placement. All in all, It’s easy to set up, very reliable, great quality, quiet, and is extremely easy to clean and change the filters! Will continue to purchase this product and recommend to anyone looking for a fountain for their pets!

Excellent cat fountain
Very quiet if you don’t use the flower fountain piece, some soft noise with the fountain piece. Either way, after a month its working wonderfully and my cat is definitely drinking more. I didn’t think I’d keep the LED light on, but it’s subtle and truly helps with tracking the water level. It does come with a small flat mat, to help prevent any spills, but that’s not been an issue for us. It cleans easy, gets my cat drinking more often, and my cat is no longer trying to knock over her water dish. Can’t recommend enough. Go ahead and buy the extra filters when purchasing.

Stainless Steel is the way to go
Hands down the best water fountain I have purchased. My old ones would get icky and needed to be cleaned so fast because they were plastic. When I clean this one it’s really just a quick wipe down of everything. The pump is super easy to clean. It comes apart and goes back together really easy. The filters work great.Money well spent!

Very happy with purchase. I had previous purchased the Veken water fountain that was plastic and was very pleased with it. We have had it for over 2 years with no issues. Water retention was very good, only needed to refill it every few days. Disassembling and reassemble to clean all of the parts was easy and filters were readily available to purchase through Amazon. After 2+ years of use, the motor started to sound quite loud but still worked like a champ. We only had to replace it as the base got a crack from something being dropped on it. I decided to upgrade to the stainless steel and couldn’t be happier. It is even easier to clean and a little brush was provided to help with cleaning. Motor is so quiet, we can’t even hear it! Cat loves it and it looks very sleek (an unexpected plus). It looks just like the pictures showed. It even has separate buttons for the light and the pump (the other model only had an on/off switch. Maybe because it was an older model?). Overall very pleased with the purchase and highly recommend.

Pump Died in Less Than 2 Months
Update: After posting this review, the company reached out to me and sent me an entire replacement fountain.I bought this because it had so many great reviews. When it was delivered I thought looked great, it came with backup filters, easy to put together and to wash.All of my pets loved it. Cats and dogs both! But in less than 2 months it completely quit working. I can plug it in and the light comes on but the pump broke.I reached out to the company that created it and explained that it just quit working after two months of having it and no one has gotten back to me about getting a replacement shipped out or any sort of help at all.Pretty disappointed because it seemed like a quality product.

Easy to maintain and my cat loves it
This fountain is such an upgrade from others I’ve had that I purchased two more for friends’ cats. It’s easy to set up and is quiet except for the sound of trickling water, so it doubles as very pleasant white-noise generator if you’re into that.The fountain only takes a few moments to clean and refill, and the instructions provided are actually very helpful, which makes it easy to do frequent water changes. A couple filters are included and replacements aren’t expensive. I change the filter every two weeks as recommended, and I rinse everything and refill every 4-5 days to keep it fresh. My cat is a water monster and LOVES his fountain, and so these events are eagerly anticipated at our house. I’ve had ours in service for several months now, and It’s worked flawlessly.

Great First Impression
I set this up the same day it was delivered. I’ve only owned it for one day so far, but the first impression has been very positive.I’ve had other fountains before, but they were plastic and caused issues for my sensitive cats. This model is completely stainless steel, which was the main reason I chose it. It feels cleaner and more suitable for cats with sensitivities.We live in an area with hard city water, so we give our cats bottled water. The tank is massive and holds about six bottles at a time, which works perfectly for our setup. I also really appreciate the softly lit blue window on the front that allows you to easily see the water level without opening it.The only sound I hear is the gentle trickling of water — no motor hum or buzzing.I washed it before using it, and cleaning was extremely simple. There are no hard-to-reach areas, and the design comes apart easily.The biggest test for me was my most particular cats — the ones who usually avoid machines completely. They have all been using this nonstop today. That alone tells me this was a worthy purchase.Very happy with it so far.

Good fountain for a decent price!
The water capacity is awesome, clean and refill it every 8-10 days. Easy to set up and it’s quiet for the most part, sometimes the plate gets moved a little and it makes a rattling sound which is annoying. Way higher quality than my crappy plastic one before. Stays cleaner longer and does exactly what it was described! And it’s easy to find the filter refills, which is bonus!

I myself love everything about this fountain , but my cats won’t use it . I have 5 cats and none of them like it . I’m so disappointed! It’s easy to install and to clean. I love that you can turn the light off if you want. It’s nice and quiet . All I hear is the trickle of water. I’m giving it 5 stars because I think it’s a great fountain. I’m sad that I’ll have to return it. I’ve tried putting it in different spots , and it’s in a low traffic , quiet area.

It took the cats a couple days to get used to it before they drank from it. Now they do no problems, and they still like to lick the shower curtain after a shower. They did that before anyway. Only thing different from the Catit fountain we had before is the motor is a little louder, but not too much so. We only notice it when water level is low or it’s actually quiet quiet in the house (no zoomies time). Easy to put together and operate.
