I ordered Nate’s 100% Pure, Raw & Unfiltered Honey – Award-Winning Taste, 32oz. Squeeze Bottle. This is the first time I have tried it, and I will definitely make it my go-to honey. Although it doesn’t specify which types of flowers or plants the bees get their pollen from, it has excellent flavor and consistency. It was delivered to my home and was outside on 10-degree weather for a couple of hours without crystallizing one bit. I brought it in, and after a minute in the microwave, it was warm and ready to use.I love honey in plain Greek yogurt, and after trying a spoonful to see how it was, I squeezed some out over my yogurt and stirred it in. It has a wonderful flavor and a deep golden orange color. It mixed easily with my yogurt, whilst I have had troubles with other honeys in this regard. It has a thick consistency, yet after a bit of warming in the microwave, it flows well from the included flip-up squeeze-top cap. Unlike some other flip-top caps, this one is sturdy; I don’t expect it to break halfway through the bottle.I am a huge fan of honey, like Winnie the Pooh. I make my cappuccinos’ steamed milk with it and some pumpkin pie spice or other sweet spices. It is great for use as a sweetener in Peach, Pumpkin, Apple, and other pies. I also love honey-butter/short cake. This is, without a doubt, one of the best general-use honeys I’ve tried.At $14 for 32 ounces, it is a great value. I highly recommend trying it in place of grocery store honey; there is a world of difference between the two.
