The 14mm C45 Carbon Fiber Series by Franklin Sports, is a well-made, good quality paddle that brings many great abilities to the court, making it a worthy consideration. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and a few things to consider before buying. I. Quality – It’s a very well-made paddle that appears to be made out of good quality materials. I’d put this one in the lower side of the upper tier of the quality scale for pickleball paddle and guess it should hold up well over time. II. Performance – It’s worked great with my style of play by providing very responsive and solid feedback. It has a large sweet spot and it generates a lot of power with the T700 carbon fiber face. The grip feels very nice in my hands, seems to reduce shock to some degree and has been durable. It’s light weight at 10.23 ounces, but a few ounces more than some of my others. I really like the red rim, it adds a great look to the paddle and makes it pop on the court. The handle length is a little short, but I like it and it feels like it helps wipe the paddle around. I wish it came with some kind of bag or cover, it really should for this level of cost, it didn’t even come in a box. I feel like this product offers a good value currently for the level of quality and what you’re getting. Overall, this has been a great addition to my playtime and very much enjoy using it. It’s light, yet powerful with wonderful rebound abilities. It’s a great paddle that would work well for any level of player.
