Great product and customer service
I bought this air purifier about 2 and a half months ago and it’s been great and doing the job well. I have a mid sized bedroom and definitely can feel a huge improvement of air quality compared to before with all the dust when I moved in and from the dogs i have. normally had to blow my nose like every other morning but now my nose barely gets congested and stuffy at night. not a loud fan either. perfect size to fit on the side of my desk without being too bulky or in the wayIt wasn’t until one day i noticed the a small area on top of the vent where i put the essential oils in started to melt into the plastic. i contacted customer service and within less than 24 hours Katerina was quick to respond! she was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. she informed me that, that may happen due to too much oil being put into the pan or the ingredients in some oils may cause a chemical reaction with the plastic that may cause that. she instantly apologized for that and sent me a new one right away. i got it within a day or two and super happy about it and i was lucky on getting the new version! the customer service is top notch, quick and they definitely care about the customers! that’s what would make me go back to this company! definitely worth the price especially compared to super expensive ones. this works perfectly for small to mid size bedrooms.they designed a new model MK01 A that they came out with has newer features as well. the essential oil pan pulled out on the side instead of on top, quieter, larger oil pan, 50% better purification, child lock button, quieter touch buttons, auto sleep mode and a low voltage adapter for enhanced safety.old vs. new picture and video provided

Nice air purifier for a kid’s room
I put this air purifier in my child’s room and it works really well. It’s quiet, easy to use, and helps keep the air feeling fresh. The sleep mode is great for nighttime and doesn’t disturb sleep.

Powerful Airflow and Improved Air Quality
I purchased this for my bedroom to improve air quality, and it has worked very well. The fan speeds are great, and the unit is portable and durable. The airflow is strong and effective, though it can be a bit loud at times. Overall, it does a great job improving air quality, and I highly recommend it.

Quiet, Compact, and Surprisingly Powerful Air Purifier
Great little air purifier that does exactly what it promises. It noticeably reduces dust, pet hair, and odors in my room, and the air feels much fresher after running it for a while. The sleep mode is very quiet, so it doesn’t disturb my sleep at all. It’s compact, easy to use, and looks clean and modern. Definitely a great value for the price—highly recommend!

Great company and an affordable unit
**Update:The company that makes this product actually reached out to me shortly after I wrote a review about this product (seen below). They reached out and apologized that the air purifier was not up to my standards and offered a full refund or a new unit to try. I opted to try their new unit, and received it within a week at no additional charge. They asked me one (1) time via email to consider updating my amazon review if I should choose to do so. 100% customer satisfaction on how they handled this, I did not have any expectations to have them reach out and offer a solution, but I’m glad that they did. The new product they sent has been placed next to my cats litter box, and it keeps the smells to extreme minimum levels though out my apartment. I live in a larger space, and I rarely smell the litter box now even in the same room as where it currently sits. They have updated the interface to be flat (so there is no longer a tab) but that is fine, because now it will not crack or fall off.100% recommend this product, for the company who produces it obviously cares about satisfaction and quality, and it is still a very affordable unit.Get one!Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this product for affordability; it was to help with some air circulation of my bedroom and hopefully help a small unfortunate molding issue beginning to form where my window AC unit was sitting.The lid potion of the essential oils fell off after a month’s use, and the interface that is used to change the lights/air flow/etc cracked after a month as well. This air purifier sat on a little stand and never moved so I’m uncertain why it randomly cracked down the middle. ((**This product did not arrive broken**)) Despite the touch interface being completely cracked to hell, the item still worked! The item will also light up red when it wants you to change the filter which is pretty helpful. I personally did not really get much to note out of this product, as it didn’t really help much for what I was attempting to use it for. That being said, if you do decide to put essential oils on the essential oil tab at the top, it will make your whole room smell wonderful! (This function works really well!) This item will work best for a smaller room. This is my first time buying an air purifier, so take that into consideration.
