Guys. I cannot emphasize enough how much of a salad hater I was for decades. They never tasted right, the textures weren’t great, the size too large, they didn’t fill me up, they were boring, Yadda yadda. I was on a health kick, new year new me style, and reluctantly bought this fiesta salad. The way this really is a fiesta (party) in your mouth really took me by surprise!! It’s SO flavorful and fresh. The different textures are perfect together and keep it from being boring. The size is exactly what I can get through without feeling like a goat chowing down on vegetation. I have been converted. Where has this salad been all my life? I’m eating one right now and have 4 more in the fridge. Do not hesitate to get it! It’s very mild on the spice but that little kick makes it interesting without having to worry about stomach issues if you need to be somewhere right after eating. The tortilla chips are CRUNCHY and the lettuce is crisp. This has become my favorite way to get vegetables in.

Fresh Bowl on the GO!
One of the better bowl salads on the go… Fresh ingredients, great visual appearance, chicken has a good flavor and no slimy texture like some others. Rasted corn is a great addition, and the small chips were good. The only BAD was the carrots and the cabbage… YUCK gives it a chemical taste and throws the whole thing off. Dressing was even very good, not too tangy!

I’m now eating them weekly. I really like the dressing and it’s been really fresh, nice variety salad.

Convient & Delicious Salad
Never wilted lettuce or soggy cheese. Everytime I’ve ordered one, it came fresh. The right size and the right portion. I usually purchase 5 for the whole week. They have hold up strong. Complete with fork and dressing. The extras come included on a separate tray.
