Simple and reliable.
Had this for almost a year. Works perfectly, zero issues. I’ve tested the portion sizes and they are accurate (1tbsp per portion.) This is a simple no frills feeder, true to the price.I bought some cheap flat round stainless steel plates (not from this company) and replaced the plastic tray with that.

Reliable for out of town stays and daily feeding
I’ve tried several different automatic feeders, and I like this one the best. It’s reasonably priced, stops little paws from accessing food when they’re not supposed to, and doesn’t require internet access or an app to use. The programming wasn’t too difficult to figure out, either, and I managed it in less than half an hour (start to finish). There’s so many settings to play around with and find the best schedule/amounts of food for your cat, which is incredible when you’re managing four goblins with wildly different eating preferences and times. I plug it directly into the wall, so I can’t judge battery efficiency, but I do like that the option is there. Additionally, the food tray was easy to remove and clean without coming off accidentally. Would absolutely purchase again in the future!

works amazing, easy to set up has a good amount of time slots. The food is set right on time that you set up and love that you can select the amount of food to dispense. intakes a good amount of food no need to be refilling every day. works perfect when we are not home, she still gets her feedings in time!

Really good for the price
Works very well! I like it and its easy to program ! Only bummer is when youre setting it up its beep is loud as hell lol like loud loud but other than that hold about 2/3 of a 5lb bag and stays good in it the lid easily comes off with a little twist ! Best auto cat feeder for an affordable price!

Works great while we are away
It was a little tricky setting up but once I figured it out it worked great while we were away from home. Food capacity was sufficient, no issue with battery and cleaning was easy.

I like it
Good product, easy to set up. The buttons make really loud beeping noises but that’s not really a problem once you get the meals programmed into it. I like the semi-transparent food container so I can see how much is there without opening it. I also really like the stainless steel dish since it is easy to remove and clean. I am glad this machine doesn’t need to be charged or connected to WiFi. It is the perfect amount of convenience without any unnecessary tech.

Good product
Very easy to program. We have a cat that was constantly eating. Now she is on a schedule and food is limited to a meal sized portion. I like that it comes with a power cord and also has battery backup.

This product has been working consistently for a few months. I am using it plugged in (with battery backup). It also worked consistently with the battery (no issues with short-changing the cats on food). I think it uses a proper mechanical dispensing system, not one that relies on a rubber band, so dispensing seems to be quick and consistent. In the digital age, it would be lovely if there was a low level warning. The only think I don’t really like is the very loud beep with every push of the buttons to adjust clock, time, meal sizes, etc. Otherwise it is easy to use. The instructions that came with it were helpful.The best benefits: the cats don’t wake me up early anymore (unless I let it run out of food). I am using one feeder for three cats. It holds food for more than one week but I now make a habit of filling it weekly. When I am on holidays, this gives my cat sitter more flexibility on when she comes to check on the cats.Side note on battery only: years ago I used an automatic cat feeder that ONLY had a battery option and found it ran perfectly for months at a time before needing to change batteries, so I expect the same for this one.

Great automatic feeder. I’ve had it for a couple of months now and there were no issues whatsoever. You can set how much portions you want at a certain time. Your pets will never starve as long as you top it up!

Just be aware, this product cannot be returned. My cat won’t use it, maybe it is the plastic dish at the bottom. I am trying to contact Amazon for a return and refund but they are refusing to process it. Vey disappointing as I am a long time amazon customer.

Really love this cat feeder.. only slight constructive criticism is learning the settings was abit difficult and cup amounts but once you figure it out it’s easy to navigate.
