Sizing: Our size Medium Breathing Band fits babies 3-12 months in age between 12.5-25 lbs. (5.7-11.3 kg)
Fit Instructions: The Breathing Band can be used over most garments if you can place the Breathing Band underneath the baby’s arms. The Breathing Band should not be placed around a swaddle. It is imperative you place the Band around their torso and under their arms so that it stays secure, otherwise the Band could pose a suffocation or strangulation hazard. Avoid dressing your baby in thick garments/swaddling while using Breathing Wear, as the thick fabric prevents motion from being detected

A must have!
We’ve been using the Nanit bands for over two years now and absolutely love them. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and gives great peace of mind when it comes to monitoring sleep. Love our nanit and love the band
Love this. Got the medium for my 3 month old. He’s 14lbs and it fits well with room to grow. Seems comfortable enough. I’ve put it on him over his swaddle/sleep sack and even my itself when he just sleeps with a onesie. My Nanit camera picks it up with no problem. We love our nanit camera and the breathing band makes us a little bit more at ease with he’s sleeping by himself. He moves a lot in his sleep and it still picks up his breathing well. Would recommend!

This would be an awesome addition to an awesome monitor… if it was bigger! My son is 5 months old and on the 15th centile for weight, but the large band I bought barely fits him now and certainly won’t up to 18 months. Very unimpressed with the response from directly emailing Nanit customer support: they replied it “runs a bit small”, larger breathing wear is in development but this doesn’t represent a fault with the product therefore no replacement. Not happy!
