Great Product to have Pet Hair Contained
Wish I had got this much earlier than I did. My cat loves this brush. He comes over and sits so nice getting his brushing done. So easy to clean and he’s been shedding a whole lot. So push the button and fur goes into the garbage can. Pronto no fur flying or handling. I believe he loves the massaging factor since I had a plain brush with wide bristles before I got this. He would squirm and run away. This he just stays put. Great quality in how it is made and loved video shown with this product. I think for the price it is a good yet it was the cute video that made me buy.

I bought the Aumuca Cat Brush for Shedding mainly for my Pug, and it worked surprisingly well. Pugs shed like crazy, and this brush pulled out a ton of loose hair in just one session. I was honestly impressed with how much it removed without having to press too hard.The bristles are gentle but effective, and my dog didn’t seem bothered at all while I was brushing him. It also cleans out easily, which makes the whole process quick and simple.The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish the handle had a slightly more ergonomic grip for longer brushing sessions. Other than that, it’s been a great tool for managing shedding. Definitely recommend for heavy shedders like Pugs!

Not as good as I expected
First, well made brush. I liked the ease of getting the fur off with a push of a button. That was kinda cool. Packaged well too. But that’s where the positive attributes end for me.I have two domestic shorthair cats. Their coats are not all that thick so that might be the issue here. I brushed both of them down (top, sides, underneath) with repeated strokes for several minutes and in both instances the brush did very little to capture the loose fur. That was yesterday. This morning I tried again on one of my boys and got the same poor result. I found an old rubber brush I’ve used for years, did the same thing on the same cat, and achieved vastly different outcomes (see pics). I also simply ran my hands over their his coat and got a lot of loose fur that way too.The brush by its design isn’t really made for fur removal but more for just general brushing like you’d brush your own hair with it. I can see how it would work for animals with thicker coats though so YMMV.Bottom line for me is that this brush is not very effective at all for removing loose fur and will be returned.

The brush is soft, so won’t hurt the cat while brushing. Clean up is easy. Just push the button and the hair comes off the brush and into your hand ready for disposal. I highly recommend this product.

Also great for stair runner!
I have found a second use that makes it worth buying even if you don’t have a pet! It works great on getting the fur off the stair runner. No matter how thoroughly you use the vacuum, it does not get the embedded fur out of the runner. I use this first and it gets the fur and picks up the pile while it is at it. It is embarrassing how much fur it picks up…..I have already ordered a second one. Try it!

Not great, it doesn’t hold cat hair in brush and it goes flying everywhere so having the easy hair pop out feature is pointless because there’s no hair staying in there to pop out.

This is the 3rd brush I got my cat. The first 2 type of brush I bought was hated by them. One was they get tickled and the 2nd was too wide spaces so it can’t collect more hair. This one is the best so far, they do not mind me brushing them and it collects the hair so well. Plus the item looks so durable and highend, it actuallu resembles the petkit brush.
