My kids are obsessed with Minecraft, so this pixel art kit was an immediate hit. It’s a great creative break from the screen while still staying in that 8-bit world they love. The best part of this set is definitely the templates; we love the ones that line up perfectly under the pegboard, which makes it so easy for younger kids to learn the patterns without getting frustrated. It really helps them build confidence as they see the characters and tools come to life.The only “problem” is that because it’s so much fun, it won’t last long! With 800 beads, you’ll find that they disappear quickly if you have a couple of kids working on projects at the same time. You’ll probably want to have a refill bag of beads on standby once they get through the initial Minecraft colors.
