Nice and simple to use
I bought this for my cat so he’d always have fresh water, and it’s been a total lifesaver. I love that it doesn’t need to be plugged in or connected to an app it just relies on gravity to keep the bowl full.The tank holds plenty of water, which is great for weekend trips or just so I don’t have to refill it every day. The stainless steel bowl is also a huge plus since it’s super easy to wash and keep clean. If you want a reliable, no fuss water dispenser that just works, I highly recommend this one!

Best One I’ve Ever Bought!
I have tried many automatic water dispensers. This one beats them all! The biggest issues with the other ones were hard to clean crevices leading to mold, water levels not filling up correctly amd the tops were hard to remove! This one is easy to clean, the water level is great and the size is perfect to keep all 3 of my dogs hydrated all day. It is also so easy to remove the top, fill it and put it back on. The quality is amazing! I love the reusable filter so I don’t have to hunt down filters. I highly recommend this!

Definitely an upgrade from the one-piece plastic gravity water feeder that had a lip that I could never get the water completely out. This is two piece and VERY easy to clean. 4-stars for not having an opening to refill from the top. Weird because it has a rubber lid which makes you think it has access to refill from the top. The rubber top comes off but to solid plastic??

Stainless steel bowl is NOT rust proof!!!
“…high-quality 304 stainless steel, which is strong, not easy to deform, rust-free, and clean, ensuring that your pet drinks healthily.”In use for only 3 weeks and the bowl is beginning to show rust spots. Apparently it is “rust-free” when you get it but not rust-proof during use. This is false advertising as a quick internet search revealed 304 SS will definitely rust.UPDATE 09FEB2026:Increasing to 3 stars as vendor offered a full refund so at least we get our purchase price back. Since it seems like most the newer bowls are cheap 304 SS we will be going back to the plastic bowls.

Good product
Works great! I use this for my cats for the stainless steel so they don’t get chin acne. Our dog uses it too. Sturdy, dispenses as it should, light weight, I got a good deal on it since it was on sale when I bought it. Not sure it’s worth the normal price though. It’s mostly mid quality plastic and thin stainless steel bowl insert.

Sturdy and easy to clean.
I like this waterer a lot for my three cats. I needed something heavier because one of my cats would sit on the old one and shake it getting water everywhere. This is nice and sturdy and the stainless steel bowl is so nice to clean. I highly recommend.

The product functions well and has a water bowl of sufficient depth to prevent spills from lapping by the dogs. The filtration mechanism though, comprises of a two component unit: 1. filtration housing; 2. filtration sponge. As time passes, it is inevitable that component 2 of the filtration unit will wear out or stain. The replacement of the filtration sponge will have to be improvised as the developer of the product very likely would not be selling itemized component, and besides, pricing such item would proof to be scandalous.Second, the water container (reservoir) does not have a high temperature threshold, meaning it is advised to not sterilize the container with boiling water or very high temperature liquids. The shape of the reservoir will warp. If container base is warped, the reservoir cap may not fit even if desired. Advise to sterilize with detergent or antiseptic means if lower temperatures.Overall, a good product from introduction aspect as of beginning.

Purchase this thinking, my dog needed a new bowl as this was stainless in my previous one was plastic .Dogs still won’t go near it, but that’s not the bowl fault. I like the thoughts of it having shallow amount of water , should make for less splashing ,stainless steel should make for a better cleanup . all in all bowl should worked just fine
