When comfort across a wide range of layering is a factor, a regular fit is necessary; it allows for the movement young ones need. Columbia offers this vest in multiple colors and sizes. Regular Fit. To ensure the size you choose is right, utilize our sizing chart and the following measurement instructions: For the sleeves, start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder and down to the sleeve. If you come up with a partial number, round up to the next even number. For the chest, measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.

Got this for my son.. who was size 2T at the time I ordered this product. I ordered a size 3T but it was ran a bit smaller. I’m he was still able to use it but we couldn’t really put layers in him. Kept him nice and warm. Maybe a bit uncomfortable d/t smaller size as expected. Style is very nice. Quality is good and it’s not too heavy
