Perfect for baking!
I used these to make a sweet potato casserole and they cooked quickly because they were smaller, which was helpful, and they tasted delicious! They were fresh, pretty close to the same size, and of good quality. Nice bright orange color inside.

Favorite sweet potatoes
My favorite. I order this a lot.Value of money definitely, they last for a while and stay “fresh”. I love the size because i can cook them easily and I can eat as much as I want since they have very good health benefits. I only buy them from amazon.

Delicious, but Very Skinny and Small
Accustomed to microwaving just one sweet potato per person, sometimes even splitting a large potato between two people, I was dismayed at how skinny the many potatoes in the bag were, thinking that I might not be able to use them. After letting them sit for a bit, I decided that it was either use them or discard them, choosing the former. I peeled them as if they were carrots, cubed them, tossed them with a small amount of olive oil and salt, and roasted them in a glass dish in the oven next to another dish containing a turkey breast roast. They were delicious when served to my guests, so I can’t complain, and I suppose the unusual size may have been a seasonal one-off, but I probably won’t order them again.

Not the best sweet potatoes
Most of these potatoes had cuts in them from the digging process. They had good flavor, but big chunks had to be cut out of them and some of them even had something inside them that was black and crusty, but didn’t appear to have holes from the outside so I don’t know what that was!
