Best Fountain I’ve ever had
I just got this, and the first thing I noticed is it is the EASIEST water fountain I’ve ever owned. I’ve purchased 3 different ones, all broke within three months. This one is super durable and it’s set up in a way that prevents it from getting water into the motor area. It being stainless steel is really really nice, and it cleaned super easy! It’s quiet as a mouse with a soft flow that I can’t hear from the other room. It filters great, and the water stays clean even with my messy puppy who sometimes gets a bit of food in her hair from eating before she drinks. I have three small pets, (all under 20lbs) who drink from it throughout the day. Two dogs and a cat. They all love it and my old dog who is notorious for being dehydrated to the point he’ll need special hydrating powder in his water — instantly walked up to it and drank. He never did that with the other fountains. I think it’s because the water comes out both ends and it makes it more accessible since the spout is in the middle — compared to on one side of the dish like other models. 9/10!

It’s funny, I saw a similar product on Facebook and I thought it was great. But the price was prohibitive (more than $50). I looked on Amazon and found this one, which had the highest review ratings and also I liked the dual-spout fountain. Finally got it delivered today and I love it.The main thing is I want our cats to have access to water that stays clean. Water dishes get so dirty with dust, fur, etc in a very short time. The self-filling water dishes (we have two) are great but you still have to clean them regularly and dump/fill them to freshen them up. The filter system on this should keep the water clean and fresh, and cleaning should be able to be less frequent.I bought the one that came with 6 white filters and 3 black foam ones. But even better, there’s a warranty card inside the box that includes a message that they’ll send you 12 of each filter for free. It also tells you how to search for the replacement filters to buy them. Best of all: they warranty the pump on this unit for 24 months! If the pump stops working, you just contact them and they’ll replace it for you. Now THAT’S a warranty, THAT’S service.I wish I still had my previous cat, she would have loved this because she liked drinking from the sink. But I’m hoping our 2 current cats will warm up to this and use it. It just takes time.I thought it was going to be bigger, but I’m actually very happy with the small size. It doesn’t take up a bunch of space, and it looks nice. I like the light on the pump, which shines through the looking-glass. The stainless steel is a vey nice quality. It barely makes a sound, I can’t hear it unless the room is totally silent and I put my ear up to it. So it’s not distracting.All in all, I think this is probably the BEST cat water fountain on Amazon. It’s worth the price, 100%.

Great fountain! Cats love it!
We purchased this water fountain over 6 months ago, and our two cats love it! It’s very quiet, it keeps the water fresh, and we love the little night light. It’s a great design and we love that it’s stainless steel so their drinking water isn’t sitting in plastic. I just bought our first set of filter refills, which seem to work to keep the water clean.We did have to place a silicone mat under it because a bit of water was ending up under the fountain, but from what I can tell it’s not leaking. My guess is the cats are playing with the water at night and spilling water out. But the mat takes care of it so our floors stay dry.

Ok for the price!
My cats love the water fountain, however after 6 months the spout stopped working. I change the filters and sponges regularly and wash the bowls every week even have the little brush to clean inside the spout and water no longer comes out the spout. Glad it lasted at least 6 months for the price.

I have 4 shelter cats. They all absolutely LOVE THIS! They drink more water, which is good for them. By having the filter cartridges, I can be assured they are getting clean water. I bought 2 to have in different rooms. No learning curve even for my rescue cats! Easy to clean. Water stays cool in the stainless steel bowl. Would highly recommend.

Kind of a big deal
It’s only been a few weeks but it works as described, is really quiet, and my cats love it. I have 5 cats and have to fill this everyday. I saw some reviews stating that the water runs out quickly but it seems to be the same as when they were using their regular water bowl. Maybe some cats are drinking more because they like it? It’s easy to put together, clean, and replace the filters. I can’t speak to longevity but they do make replacement fountains which is a plus – worst case, the bowl is very nice to use alone. The price was great too!

I (& my kitties) really love this waterer! It’s aesthetically pleasing, quiet & effective if you’re scatterbrained like me & often forget to refill a basic water dish on occasion. Or if you have cats that apparently eat sloppily & frequently get food crumbs in their water! The water filter is long lasting, evident as I failed to check it since I bought it in August & only now realize after seeing bubbles that it needed changing 😣 Very satisfied with this purchase & highly recommend!
