Worth the money!
The fountain works great! The cats love it. I clean it every 2-3 weeks as recommended and have had absolutely no issues. We placed it in our bedroom and it’s very quiet. Super easy to refill which is about every 3-4 days.

Longevity is good!
This was the most luxurious looking cat fountain I could find at the time. My cat drinks just fine from it, and it cleans easy. Stainless steel is more hygienic for cats, it cleans better than plastic. We clean it once a week for her, disassembly and reassembly is not hard. It’s quiet, the only reason I can hear her drink from it is because she smacks her lips lol I enjoy the window which shows you the water level. I’m not sure how long we’ve had it, but it must be over a year or something.

Incredible customer service
Great fountain, my cat loves it. It stopped working about 5 months after purchase and the customer service was AMAZING. They responded promptly, helped me troubleshoot the issue and replaced the motor when the troubleshooting did not work. The replacement arrived within a day or two. Incredible customer service!!!

I ordered and received this fountain back in August 2025. I waited until now to give it an honest review of the product. My cats appreciate the free flowing water from this fountain. I definitely see them drinking more often than I did when they were drinking from a water bowl. This fountain is very easy to clean, including the process of replacing the required filters. The stainless steel is strong, goes together easily, and even when filled to the top line, it is not heavy.I appreciate that there is a porthole in the side of the fountain along with a light, which makes it easy to see when I need to add more water.This is a very quiet fountain, which is both a positive and a reality check. It is positive because you can’t hear it running from more than a couple of feet away. This is a reality check because I had to build “monitor the water level every couple of days” into my routine, due to the quiet operation of the fountain! This fountain makes the most noise when it is getting low, and even then it is fairly quiet! I am pleased with what I received for the money I spent.

My Cats’ Favorite Fountain!
My cats are a big fan of this fountain and have been for the last two years! I purchased this item in 2023 and it is still working well for my kitties. They both love the running water – they were immediately interested in the fountain and use it more than their regular water bowls.Biggest Pros:- stainless steel doesn’t scratch like plastic so you can ensure is is really clean every time- All parts can be dissembled for thorough cleaning. I follow the recommended maintenance and usually completely dissemble/clean/ change the filters every 14-18 days, this seems to be a perfect interval- The top spout is very secure! One of my cats is 17 lbs and pretty strong – he’s never been able to get the spout out despite all of his wrestling efforts lol! This was always an issue on our old plastic fountain.- Water level indicator is there so you don’t have to take the cover off to check- Large water tank capacity: for two cats, I only have to top the unit off once or twice a week.- My cats love this fountain. The running water immediately seemed enticing to them, and they use it more than their regular water bowlsThis company has a great warranty as well. My cats love this fountain and it has worked perfectly for them – I would highly recommend!

Great product
I’ve had the fountain for 3+ months now and it has been GREAT. I have two cats who get to use this and they enjoy it a lot. It’s completely silent, and durable as my younger kitten will literally stand in it and play lol. It also stays cleaner longer compared to other fountains I’ve used. It also comes with free cleaning tools. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and may buy a second soon.

I find it very quiet to run. The spout allows my cats to drink from each spout so no arguing. Tank holds a generous amount of water so no need to fille every 3-4 days. Also, the tank is stainless steel not plastic so will not retain bacteria if cleaned regularly. Filters are easy to install so a great buy.

When we first got our cats, we used the typical water container for them. Unfortunately, they would tip the container over, spilling water all over our floors. Then, after a web search, we came across this product, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The cats love it, and they don’t try to tip it over, ever. We only had one issue with the product in the first 12 months of ownership, and that was the pump starting to work intermittently. I reached out to the selling company, and they responded promptly with some troubleshooting tips to try. The problem persisted, and the company offered to send me a replacement part no questions asked. That level of customer care is becoming rare in these times. I would highly recommend this device not just because your pets will love it but because the company will ( based on my experience with them) respond in a timely fashion and work to ensure you are completely happy with their product.

Achat de deux fontaines.Fonctionne très bien et ne fait aucun bruit. Aucun stries.Envisagez de changer le filtre chaque semaine, le filtre devient très sale car il est minuscule. Nous avions un autre type de fontaine auparavant et nous remplaçons toutes les deux semaines car le filtre était plus gros, c’est pour cela que je lui donne 4 étoiles sur 5.Nous avons l’habitude de changer l’eau à tout les jours en ajoutant des glaçons et cette fontaine garde l’eau très froide longtemps et propre pour nos pitous et minous.Encore une fois, je répète!Envisager de changer le filtre à chaque semaine.

Easy to set up and runs quietly — my kitten loves it. I like the soft, soothing fountain-noise it makes. Not obtrusive at all. When unplugged, water remains in the top reservoir, which means if the power goes out, the cats will still have access to fresh water for a while. I had wondered about that before purchasing and hoped that would be the case. We’ve had it a week with no concerns. It arrived earlier than promised as well. A good purchase.

I got this back in January 2025. It worked fine at first but now the pump won’t work. The stainless steel used isn’t the best either as I am starting to notice orange spots on the inside of the container that won’t go away no matter how much I scrub. Truly disappointed that it didn’t even last more than 8 months.
