Thrilled with this Anti Age balm
I love this product! I saw immediate overnight results in my vertical cheek lines. It does give an orangy look which goes away as I lightly rub it in. I love the smell. No perfumey smell, no chemical smell. I love how it makes my face look! It is sticky for a time after application but for me this also went away when I lightly rubbed it back in after a short time. I am so thrilled to have found this product!

Zero customer service
The product is great, the customer service is non-existent. I tried this item and one for eczema. Both are wonderful. Keeps skin soft and supple. However- and this is my pet peeve- the customer service. This is why I rated them a 2. I began getting emails, of course. Everyone does. I like the products so I was thinking of re-ordering. I got an email on a Sunday morning that they were offering 35% off for that day. Had to click the hyperlink. There was no code. But the hyperlink did not provide the 35% off. So I used the chat bot as it was a Sunday. The chat bot took me around in circles telling me to enter the code (there wasn’t one) and then upload screen shots of the email (I did). Then it told me to contact a “help” address it provided. I did. No response. I waited a couple of days and tried again. No response. About a week later, I went to the website and found a “support” email address- not a “help” address . I emailed that one and explained the situation. That was about 3 days ago. No response. I don’t care how good a product is, if you want reorders, you shouldn’t ignore your customers. Makes me think the company isn’t real.

This is very greasy feeling on my skin, it leaves a shiny, sticky layer. Not good for day use but okay for night.
