It really worked for my babies
I bought this for my cats and I’m very happy with how it worked for my babies. I have four girls, and sometimes they get agitated or argue with each other. Made Our Newly Adopted Stray Lethargic
It really seemed to calm down our stray cat that we recently adopted- at first. By the second day, he was so lethargic all he did was lay around, and his personality completely changed. Previous to using it, he was purring and jumping around and talking constantly. He looked… I don’t know, just like he was sick or something. After doing a little bit of research and reading that some cats have adverse reactions to these types of diffusers I decided to unplug it. He started to snap back to his old self within a few minutes. Supposedly these reactions are rare, so perhaps he is just sensitive. I’m going to try and get him a calming collar that is less potent.

Works for cats who have been spraying
First I’ll start by saying I saw a lot of ads for this product. We previously have tried a big name brand with a purple label, it was expensive and didn’t seem to do much. So when I saw raving reviews of this product I was willing to give it a try because I got the diffuser + 2 refills for the same price I paid for 1 refill of the other brand, and this seemed to be marketed with a lot of research and science background. Now, I have had this going for about a week so I feel like I can give a decent review. The diffuser is well made, the refills canister is also good quality. My cat who was previously having intentional pee episodes all over our master bedroom hasn’t peed anywhere but in his litter box since I plugged this in (YAY). He was also starting to fight with our other cat which worried me. He had an injury a few years ago, his tail had to be partially amputated after it got stuck in a fence, so he’s been pretty anxious and had some behavioral issues since. Nothing aggressive to us or the kids but he liked to pee on our carpet, laundry, luggage, etc… and fight with our other cat, we recently had been out of town for a couple weekends in a row and I noticed he was peeing a lot when we were gone so I knew he was having some anxiety. This diffuser seems to have calmed that immensely (also giving him lots of extra pets and cuddles when we can). I’d say this works really well, and is worth the money if you have a cat with behavior issues. He also has stopped trying to fight with his sister, our big fat orange cat lol.Downside: it smells like wood shavings. Idk if that’s just me, but the smell is so odd to me.I can get past that, since it’s working and our cat has improved so much. The diffuser itself does seem to get warm, but not overly hot. Obviously it needs to be warm to diffuse the oils in the bottle so I assume that is normal.

Comes with a two flat pin plug, not a UK one. The diffuser bottle fits into a standard Feliway type head to plug in with, so the supplied head is no use in the UK unless you have an adaptor. The hormone cloud seems to work.

Do not buy not suitable for UK sockets. US pin not usable in uk with adapter due to fire risk in higher voltage. I wish I had done due diligence and read reviews before ordering. There are quite a lot of reviews stating not to buy due to socket issues
