We started with a coffee from the Huila region in Colombia’s highlands, a place where beans are cultivated over 4,500 feet and known for their smooth, sweet character. Then to Ethiopia, coffee’s birthplace, where unique varieties yield exquisite coffees with delicate aromas. Formerly known as Colombia Luminosa, we approached this blend, our first light roast, as we do all our coffees: carefully select the very best beans, then hand roast them in small batches to achieve their utmost flavor.

I recently picked up this pack of pods to try out. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid choice. The pods are super easy to use, just pop one in and you’re good to go. The cups themselves seem durable; I haven’t had any issues with them breaking or leaking, which is a big plus. The single light roast option included in the pack is decent and tastes pretty much as you’d expect.While I appreciate the convenience, the coffee isn’t as strong as I typically prefer. If you’re a fan of a robust, bold cup of coffee, this might not be your ideal choice. However, if you’re looking for an easy, no-fuss way to make a quick cup that’s not overpowering, this set does the job well. It’s a great option for an office or for a household with different coffee preferences.
