These little bitty organic petite carrots are a great addition to my next vegetable soup. They traditionally take their own time to cook so I start out with them and then add celery, onlions etc. Little cuties are peeled already, all I have to do is cut them up. Perfect! We get these weekly. They’re organic which we hope is healthier. They are usually pretty fresh and bright orange. They are crunchy and vary in thickness. We like them to be smaller and thinner. Sometimes they are smaller and thinner, but sometimes they are thicker. Either way, they are baby carrots, not baby cut.
