Meal Planning Notepad
I like the tear off shopping list with separate categories and that we can stick it right to the fridge. The paper is thick and feels high quality.The menu side is a lot wider than I think is necessary, leaving the shopping list side to be too narrow.

The perfect meal planning pad
I love this pad, I think it’s brilliant. I like how it is perforated to allow you to tear off the shopping list portion. The perforations are good, so it always tears cleanly. It sticks solidly to my fridge. The best part though is that the list portion is separated into different categories, so that all the produce is next to the produce, pantry next to pantry, etc. This is game-changing and I am surprised that no one else does it, it makes shopping and writing my list a breeze, and I basically never forget items. It’s so much better than a list on a phone.

Motivates and Organizes me
I have never felt more organized in planning meals every week. Has a magnet to hang on the fridge. It’s so easy to understand where to write. You can tear the shopping list strip off. This is saving me so much time every week. I will buy this over and over. I’m motivated to do my lists now I find writing them down helps so much

ADHD Approved!
I think a lot of adults with ADHD will agree with me when I say that anything that cuts my cognitive load down makes it infinitely easier to get on with the tasks of my day. The brainpower it takes to remember all the things I need to keep track of and remind myself throughout the day cuts into what I can dedicate to actually COMPLETING those tasks in a bad way.So this planner has made my life a lot easier. It’s better than just a plain notebook because it has done the hard part for me already; formatting things in a way that’s readable, and reminding me of what needs remembering, like daily tasks, schedule, and meals. I find it very peaceful to spend the first ten minutes of my day waiting for the morning meeting to start writing down my tasks and meditating on what has to be done. (The section of ‘nice things about the day’ has also helped me be more positive.)Obviously, no planner will cure ADHD. But the planner on top of my medication and existing coping methods (like focus apps, controlling my environment, and setting alarms to remind myself of important things) has really set me up for success at work. I recommend it for people with executive functioning trouble like me.
