Typically, our orders do arrive by the date provided, but time requirements for the printing process or failure to provide high quality, camera-ready artwork may cause your order to arrive later than originally estimated.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?
When we receive an order, our team goes to work on finalizing art, setting up screens and scheduling equipment. As a result, once a custom order enters production, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.
ARE THERE LIMITS TO WHAT I CAN PRINT?
We are limited to one color print.
WILL DISCOUNT PROMOS USE MY LOGO FOR PROMOTIONAL OR MARKETING PURPOSES?
DP uses in house created logos for web display purposes, samples, and marketing material. Your logo will not be reproduced on printed items w/o your permission. If your logo is displayed on our site from a previous order, we can remove the logo.
WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE AND HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
All package orders will be shipped via FedEx or Freight Carriers, depending on the destination and weight/size of the shipment. We take extra care in packaging your order and make sure it gets inspected by the carrier before being shipped.

Arrived quicker than promised and look great. High quality, easily wipeable bag at a reasonable price. We are using these to distribute book club sets. They fit 7 books and a guide nicely. I plan to order another set.

Awesome Advertising Product!
We ordered these for the memorial Day kickoff weekend at our resort, we gave them to Resort members and we’re very pleased with the product. We kept a couple for ourselves. They are great beach bags, I also use one for a travel bag when it is a weekend getaway. As you can see, it has side pockets that allow you to carry your sunblock or tanning lotion, as well as other things. Very durable & functional. (and the two pockets for storage give it more functionality.) The colors are vivid, and so far they have not faded.

Very fast shipping
I ordered the 24 piece set of these bags with a one color logo print. The logo print is clean and clear. Price was good, size is perfect, and fast arrival was excellent. They seem sturdy. Using them as gifts for my annual conference team members. This year our conference is near a beach. I think they’ll like these quality beach bags.
