Helps with Plantar Fasciitis
These are great! I wear them around the house to cushion my foot. I’m dealing with plantar fasciitis, and that big boot you’re told to wear seemed to make things worse. This was so much better! I have a severe case of planter fasciitis, I tried different shoes, inserts. I thought I’d try these. They are very comfortable for my foot and I especially liked that they are Velcro and adjustable to my feet. I been wearing for 2 days with and without a shoe. This has helped relieve the stress and pain on my foot. It’s still sore but oh so much better! I highly recommend!

Good purchase for heel spur pain
The heel cups are comfortable in slippers and just over gripper socks. There is some challenge with bulkiness inside shoes that have a close fit across the top of the foot. The velcro straps make sizing adjustable, easy to use, and they stay in place inside your shoe. The heel cups seem to be very durable and are slip resistant.

There’s still hope!
I feel that I gain more relief from my chronic heel pain over just wearing every memory foam shoe that I have purchased the past three years alone. The gel pad is comfortable and the velcro is strong. The strap fits with a sock. I leave it on at night for barefoot support in or out of bed/recliner. I like the green color, so I can easily find it amongst black or beige foot aids. I am seeing my Orthopedic physician next week to discuss foot/ankle MRI. I suffer from a failed Plantar Fasciitis surgery, peripheral neuropathy, and hammertoes (ick). I purchased a size small and wear a size 7W. To Welnove: I would purchase a spin-off of this that goes to the ball of the foot, with more gel, and probably a second strap. I really love to be barefoot at home even though all our surfaces are wooden and not encouraged. Thank you for caring about quality and innovation.

Size and velcro opinion
Good product and very helpful for that pain on my heel!!Just keep in mind that if you wear it with shoes on the top part where the velcro is becomes kinda bulky so you might feel your shoe tighter than usual.Another thing I noticed is that there are no bigger sizes so if you have a wider foot it won’t close all the way so it will be to tight and to be honest I’m not sure if this product should be worn with or without socks but I tried without socks and I can feel the velcro rubbing my skin cause my foot is not that slim so the velcro is actually touching my skin and without socks is definitely painful so keep that in mind!

Being someone who is constantly on the move—whether I’m navigating through airports for my frequent trips or just keeping up with life here in the Florida humidity—foot pain is something I simply can’t ignore. I’ve been dealing with that sharp, morning-person plantar fasciitis pain and some lingering Achilles tendonitis for a while now. I’ve tried a few different inserts, but these Welnove gel heel protectors are what I’ve been using lately.How they actually feelThe first thing you notice is the gel. It’s thick enough to actually absorb the impact when your heel hits the pavement, which is a lifesaver if you spend a lot of time on your feet. Unlike those hard plastic cups, these are soft and have a bit of a “squish” to them. They come with an adjustable strap, which is great because you can actually get them to stay on your bare feet or over socks.The Practical StuffI’ve found these are best for around the house. If you’re like me and have hardwood or tile floors, walking barefoot is basically a no-go with heel spurs. I slip these on right when I wake up, and it takes that “stepping on glass” feeling away immediately.When it comes to shoes, it’s a bit of a mixed bag. They fit fine in my looser sneakers and my travel boots, but if you have sleek, narrow dress shoes or tight-fitting loafers, forget about it. They add enough bulk that your shoes will feel tight. Good Around House
Been having some minor heel pain with some old pair of shoes that I use for work. It’s a bit snug when trying to fit into a shoe and not having them slip, especially as a cashier. But honestly just wearing them around the house, just as is with socks. It’s just as nice especially when all my days off so it lets my heel really rest. Only downside is it does dig into the top foot after some time with the strap. I have to pull mine so tight so they don’t slip. Otherwise pretty good.

Highly recommend i have heel spurs and ordered these for around the house BEST purchase. Lots of cushion fir my heel i weight 180 and support is good. Feel zero pain in my heel with these on. Straps fit around my ankle no issues with extra room for bigger feet. Glad I found something that gives me relief only thing I wish it could fit in my shoes but not even with socks becomes to bulky. Highly recommend though for around the house. 10/10
