Nice sandals
I bought three pairs for three grandsons-5, 3 and 2 years old. They love them! They seam to be well made and are comfortable. They can be worn with and without socks. We haven’t tried them submerced in water yet, but they will be in many streams and puddles. They held up in the rain so I think they will be fine.Notes: velcro in the back- makes them size adjustable so you can buy a little big if you want. It makes it tough for the young kids to put them on by themselves.Souls- are bendable and have good traction ridges. They come with the felt-type stuff on them, but it rubs off quickly.Size-they are true to size. The kids have various foot types (narrow, wide, fat) and they are comfortable for all of them.

These are the best sandles. I’ve bought these two separate years so far. Very comfortable, doesn’t leave blisters, perfect for a water shoe or to go for a walk. Very durable. My kiddo has a high foot and a lot of sandles don’t fit her feet. These are perfect. Highly recommend.

Tough, sturdy sandal for rough paths (and boys!)
This is my child’s second set of Dream Pairs sandals, and they live up to the particularly picky standards of a shoe-savvy child. The wide range of colours displayed on Amazon are true to life, and the bright, eye-popping blue offset by neon yellow fulfils all the 1980s fantasies that I was deprived of by being born a few years too late. The little one’s happy with some snazzy shoes, and I’m happy for a lightweight pair of sandals that can take a beating and keep on protecting those precious toes.Dream Pairs makes a solid, well constructed sandal with solid stitching around the sides and a generous velcro back strap that little fingers can easily manipulate. The soles are thick and textured, getting a good grip on concrete or bark mulch paths that we’re treading all summer. Most importantly, the toe box has some solid reinforcement and can endure bonking rocks, dragging over sand, and hopping over logs that you know kids love to do. The best part, if they get too mucky, spray the sandals with the hose or toss them in the washing machine and they come out nice and clean.For the price, you get a pair of shoes that can withstand the rigors of an active lifestyle for a season or two. They wear well and hold up better than some much more expensive options we’ve purchased in the past.

Worth the money!
Very durable sandal! My boys love these! Been having issues with other shoes with sores and blisters but no issues with these whatsoever. Color is exactly as pictured, sizing is accurate with a nice soft sole to make wearing them comfortable but still supportive. Perfect summer shoe for on the go kiddos!

Just what I needed
My son just turned 5 years old and he wears a 12. I purchased a 12 and they fit perfectly. He even has a little room. I ordered a size 4 in black for my 8 year old son who really wears a 3. I would say they are definitely true to size. With that being said, they are big but because of the Velcro backs and draw string he can wear them without them flopping off his feet and looking like boats. They didn’t have a 3 so I took the chance and purchased the 4. I am glad I did. He can wear them now and grow into them. I also purchased the purple and pink ones for my 6 year old daughter in the size 13 which is her actual size. They fit perfectly and she has a little room. They shoes seem to be well made and sturdy. I got them just in time for this change in the weather. I am happy with this purchase. I gave 5 stars because they say they are comfortable, they look nice, they seem very sturdy and not cheap looking. They haven’t really worn them out yet so hopefully these meet my expectations.
