I love this tent! I am so glad we got it!
This is perfect for those midwestern winters! It was super easy to unfold and follow the instructions to set it up. I did it all by myself fairly quickly so it would be even faster with 2 people. We have had this for about 2 months and it’s holding up great! It’s held up through storms with super strong winds. It’s been rained on and snowed on and it does not leak! It will move around if not staked down properly. The height is good! My 6ft husband fits perfectly inside with his head touching the top in the middle. We both can fit inside with camping chairs but I just put (see pictures) a big green outdoor chair in it and I still have room inside for a little table or something. The sides unzip half way down to allow air inside. They don’t have screens on the side windows. It’s pretty clear and easy to see out of. You can hang a light or fan from the ceiling in your like also!I have no tried to take it down so I do not know how that will go yet.It comes with 4 stakes, and 4 sand bags to secure it down! I highly highly recommend this tent it is worth the money!

Dry and warm in the weather
Very nice super easy to set up! Holds two big chairs easily and keeps you dry and warm in the weather. Easy windows to use as well.

Very happy
My first one received was damaged but I could tell it was good quality just a stretch of stitching was damages during manufacturing. It happens. Other than that the plastic is sturdy, zipper doesn’t leak water into the tent, and issue I had with other brands. Sturdy and easy to assemble. I reached out to East Oak they requested a photo of the damage and the responded in less than 24 hours telling me they would be shipping me a replacement, no shipping expense to me. Customer service is outstanding. I have other products of theirs and have to say I’m very happy with their quality and customer service. This is the brand to buy don’t waist money on other brand like I did pay the extra money for this brand it’s worth it In the long run.

Not waterproof!
The description is kind of misleading. The TPU is waterproof, but the zippers aren’t! Looking at them I can see daylight through the zipper, and after a heavy rain the inside had just as much water on the walls as the outside. A light coat of fabric wax on the zippers seems to have solved that issue for the time being at least. Also, the bottom is not attached to the sides, so wind can blow water inside. This is even after using sandbags and making sure that the bags covered the wall’s bottom overhang and the bottom mat.I love the size and height of this, but can’t recommend it due to those two shortcomings that really impact the weather resistance.UPDATE: EastOak contacted me and offered a resolution that satisfied me. +1 star for awesome customer service!

Updated Review: Effective product with excellent customer service
The tent itself works very well and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. We used it on our back porch and it kept the area warm and dry, even in colder weather. Setup was easy and it functioned well initially.Within about 30 days of purchase, the material began ripping along the zipper in multiple areas, and the door zipper was very difficult to open and close, which seemed to contribute to the tearing. Once the fabric started ripping, it was nearly impossible to repair in a way that held up.However, I want to update this review to note that after posting my original feedback, the company reached out directly and replaced the entire tent at no charge. I really appreciate how responsive and proactive they were in resolving the issue, and it made a big difference in my overall experience. While I still hope they improve the durability around the zipper, their customer service was excellent and they stood behind their product. Because of that, I feel comfortable updating my review and acknowledging their effort to make things right.

Cool idea, not the best execution on the market
Really enjoy having the product. But the seams are ripping. For $150 this shouldnt be happening after a couple months of use. 2 different spots

Not as easy…
The size was great, and I was able to set it up fairly easily, I did need a second person. I was very disappointed that it was not mentioned anywhere in the description that you must thread metal poles through the top to keep it upright. I specifically purchased a pop-up tent to avoid that kind of extra setup hassle.I tried skipping that step this weekend, assuming it would still stand like a typical pop-up, and the entire tent collapsed right on top of me without those metal poles in place. Had this been clearly stated in the product details, I would have given it 4 or even 5 stars, as at least I would have known what to expect.Leaving this review so others know to expect that extra set up step. As well as the bottom being a tarp and rain cover is put on separately as well.

It’s a beast
For all those who would like a space to hang out in during a 10 degree day, with this tent it can be done and you will survive well. If happen to have a heater I know for a fact you get 50-60 inside the tent even if it is 10-20 degrees outside. This past winter we put to the test. The frame is strong and survived a storm of 60 mph winds( using the tie down straps for support of course.) we had it on our deck for placement. Water proof 100% and wind proof through severe storms (tied down 4 sides. )My only cons would be the roof during a snow storm that turned to an ice storm would have to have the ice removed cause of the weight or it would be too heavy and make the roof cabe in slowly. The tent did rip at the zipper entrance but that happened after a major windstorm if not for that it would’ve held up fine. The floor is ok could be a little more connected but it’s still good. All I know is once you close yourself in that tent your protected from the elements a heater would make it home.Ps once the temps outside hit 60 degrees and sun it turns into a sauna be aware especially for the kids.I’m going to buy another one for the winter since my zipper door is ripped apart but it’s well worth it.Peace folksSorry no photo but it looks just the like the pic once it’s up.
