I appreciate all these reviews because it added to my final decision to buy this one among many others.I mostly liked the design for plug in to a single cigarette lighter in the car’s console and then a long enough wire to set the unit on the floor. It even comes with a Velcro pad to attach it to the side floor of the console on the passenger side. Others just plugged into the center console, which would be really too bulky there.I have only done a preliminary test of plugging the new unit into my console cigarette lighter and then plugging my power inverter into one of the ports. All the lights came on. The new unit and my power inverter. I still haven’t done the engineering for how to connect other units to this device and to control the power output. I need more cigarette plugins that can handle USB C for my iPhone along with my wife’s iPhone. My inverter has been powering all of this so far. I have a Y connector that plugs my iPhone into the USB C charger and also plugs into the audio auxiliary plug to my car’s speakers. I can watch or listen to YouTube music and videos while driving and charging my iPhone at the same time. Without this hookup, my iPhone runs out of battery real fast, like in an hour or so. This device actually powers my iPhone faster than it drains the power.I recently bought a new device, a digital speedometer and compass. This purchase was the reason for me buying this new extender (whatever you call it; it extends the number of cigarette lighter adapters that you can plug into; kind of like extending your wall electric plug from 2 to 6.) I will be buying more cigarette lighter plugins as I go from here. And I will have to figure out how to operate this thing, like only using one at a time to conserve power, or whatever. It comes with extra fuses, which seems pretty cool. If I screw up and use more power than I should, it will just blow a fuse, which is easily fixable. Even after blowing 5 fuses, the price is less than $10, much better than losing an investment in a $35 unit.Excellent product. I would buy it again.By the way, I’m not whatever, one of those paid for guys to do this review. Apparently, we need to weed these fake guys out of here.Update 1-17-2026The digital compass/speedometer unit worked fine. I have it attached to my dashboard now, and it worked well. The good part is that I still have two more plugs that I can use to add other devices. It ultimately gives me the ability to have maybe 6 USB C ports, 6 USB A ports, and probably more considering one of the connections is an inverter that has its own USB ports.

Excellent product. I really like the switches that control the outlets. Great if you want switch off different accessories. It even comes with a Velcro sticky pad so you can mount it where it works best for you.

Now I can use my dash cam, charge my phone, and charge other devices with only one car port.
I bought this because one of the two car ports in my car decided to die, rip. Because of this happening I was unable to use my dash cam and charge my phone together. With this device, you can control which port gets power from the button on the top. I bought this maybe 1.5 years ago and it is still completely functional and it’s super easy to use. It fits perfectly next to the console area. It is also easily portable if you need to use it interchangeably between vehicles. The color remained the same and this is such a great buy for your car even if your ports are working. With the extended usb cord you can also hide this to conserve space for any vehicle.

I like how it shows the wattage on the cigarette lighter, and it has a lot of different plugins on it. But the double-sided tape, without crow, that comes with it, it doesn’t actually help at all to hold it up in your car. I had to find an alternative way to do that, but the product itself is great. I have not used all 4 slots together. But I will let you know and update yet if I have any problem with that. I usually only used to at a time.
