I tried these after reading reviews. I put 4 on microwave plate, put cover over, these are actually very good, just as is! 4 and cup nonfat no sugar yogurt, cup of joe very satisfying. Not a health food, but a once a week break from stricter options. They are delicious, easy, and feel like I’m splurging from stricter opts

Great price and great quality! Gone in 2 days! Need the bigger size but not enough freezer space! Quick convenient yummy breakfast for 12 and 13 yr old boys, easy for them to prepare in microwave or air fryer/toaster oven combo on their own. Better price than our grocery stores. I feel lazy buying French Toast already ready, but it tastes so good! Each serving has 5 grams of protein. Sweet enough to eat without honey or syrup, but I used honey anyway. In the microwave, the toast will be soft. In the regular oven, more crunchy.
