Great hydration for milk production
I am an exclusive breastfeeding mom and let me tell ya’ll, if you breastfeed, you need electrolytes for hydration. THIS ARE IT!! The flavor, the size is just perfect, it has good calories and it is just great overall. I use this daily and I love them. They have other flavors that are pretty amazing too.

We used these for Ramadan to hydrate in the morning before fasting. They aren’t very saturated in sugar and very smooth. Very hydrating and cools stomach aches.Defintely keeeping this in the fridge.
