A must-have if you have circulation problems
I have Raynaud’s phenomenon so these are a must for me inside my mittens. The adhesive feature is new to me as I have been buying these for years. I am happy they have added that feature. Hot hands always provides excellent heat and longevity, so these work very well and are very functional for me.

Do not work
These do not work. After waiting 30 minutes out of the wrapper, I could barely feel any heat. Even holding the warmer in my hand I could barely feel any heat.

A must-have for cold weather camping
I’ll never camp in cold weather again without these. As a faire vendor & participant, I find myself spending 3-4 days and nights outdoors in cold weather/cold nights and need to not only need to be comfortable but be functional. With an aging body (arthritis) and low tolerance to cold, and often, no electric hookup for a heater and no desire to risk fire with a propane heater, i need something to stay warm.So in the evening, i stick one (to the outside of my shirt) at my lower back and one at the tummy to heat my core…interestingly enough, it keeps me warm enough so the rest of me doesn’t freeze. And with my lower back acting up, it helps thre as wellThe product states it lasts 12 hours. This is just the minimum. I noticed it was kicking out the heat for much longer. At the 24 hour mark, it was still warm and during a December show where it was chill all day, i was quite comfortable.

These don’t work! Amended… good customer service!
Tried two of these thinking the first was defective. Neither warms much above body temperature. Useless and a waste of money!!Company contacted me and is sending replacement items. I chose the large warmers instead. I had kept one for the lot number and they are paying to return it to figure what is wrong.

Each patch is adhesive and endures for many hours. My wife uses them to ease menstrual pain. Its not possible to get the ones they use in Japan domestically but these are far cheaper and just as practical. even using two per day is better priced than other options.No belt required, stick directly to clothes and head to work. The adhesive is of sufficient strength to keep the patch in place, but not aggressive enough to damage cotton. produces heat for 12 hours or more. Ideal functionality.

Realmente funcionan!
Es la primera vez que compro este producto y lo hice para un viaje de invierno de 25 días por Europa. Para mi esposo y para mi funcionaron increíble!!! cada uno uso 20 parches y nos lo colocamos en la espalda en la parte media y el calor que proporcionaban era excelente, nos duraban todo el día, desde temprano en la mañana corrido hasta la noche. Cuando íbamos a quitárnoslo en la noche todavía calentaban, así que fueron un rotundo éxito para ayudarnos a mantener el calor corporal. Claro, tienes que igualmente vestirte apropiadamente para climas fríos, esto no sustituye las prendas de ropa correctas y de calidad, como usar camisetas térmicas como primera capa, una segunda capa como un sweather grueso y como tercera capa un abrigo o parka aislada bien abrigadora. Esto te ayuda muchísimo a mantenerte caliente dentro de tu abrigo. Sigue las instrucciones: abre el empaque, airearlo, es decir agítalo suavemente un poco, quitarle el papel protector y pegarlo sobre la ropa, nunca directamente en la piel. Nosotros usamos un solo parche diariamente, pero tu puedes usarlos como prefieras: dos parches en el torso por ejemplo, donde tu sientas que requieres mas calor. Como recomendación: el calor se siente correctamente cuando la prenda donde lo colocas esta bien pegada al cuerpo y cuando la prenda que va sobre el parche como el sweather y el abrigo se ajustan y no quedan flojos, es decir, si ejercen un poco de ajuste sobre el parche sentirás el calor divinamente. Si tu jacket tiene ajuste en la cintura puedes ayudarte ajustándolo para que el parche haga mas contacto con el cuerpo si lo colocas en la espalda. Otra forma que conseguí para que el parche quedara mas cerca del cuerpo es colocando lo en la parte baja de la espalda sobre la camiseta térmica e introduciendo esta por dentro del pantalón térmico para que la cintura del pantalón lo acercara mas a mi cuerpo. Es un gran producto y durante su uso me di cuenta que me hizo falta los parches que se colocan en los pies y en las manos, en mi próxima experiencia de invierno los incluiré. Los recomiendo 100%

This brand is super with their hand warmers over any other competitors! The only downside is the price on the adhesive one. That’s why I went with the non adhesive ones as they get super hot and are perfect for people working outdoors. Whereas the adhesive ones are great to stick them in your gloves, shoes or back as they don’t heat up too extreme. This one has like a stable long term heat approx 12 to 14 hours
