This is the no-nonsense, hardworking, doesn’t-need-attention product. Fragrance-free, thick (but not greasy), and soaks in like your skin was begging for it. If you live somewhere cold or your skin barrier is crying for help—this is your girl. I’ve been using it for two weeks and my skin is smoother, calmer, and honestly looks less tired than I feel. Holy grail moisturizer for dry, sensitive skin
This is the magic, holy grail that I needed for my dry, itchy, sensitive skin. It’s thick and creamy, fragrance free and just feels so good. It alleviates that dry, tight feeling after washing my face or after being outside in the cold. I don’t know yet how it will be in the summer, if it will be too greasy for my skin, but they make a lighter version that I wouldn’t hesitate to try. The bottle is huge, a great price and will really last forever. I’m really thankful for Korean skincare because it’s transforming my skin so much better than anything I could buy from other brands.

Very nice product
I ordered this after seeing a dermatologist recommend it on instagram and it is very rich, thick, and feels luxurious when you apply it. I’m not sure if it will be too heavy for summer, but it is very nice! Absorbs well, doesn’t feel greasy at all. I also have super sensitive rosacea and it is not irritating.

Caused slight irritation. =(
I loved the feel of this moisturizer and how gentle it appeared to be.But unfortunately, it caused slight irritation under my eyes and on my cheeks.I have combination skin that is very sensitive, so it could just be from that.Very rarely do I come across a moisturizer that causes irritation. It is usually caused from a cleanser.This product had no smell and was not greasy or heavy. It absorbed quickly and didn’t cause my pores to clog.It did take care of the dry skin very well.I wanted to love this product since a lot of people love it.I’m sure it will be perfect for most people.Thank you.

I have not found a better moisturizer than this! Perfect for dry, sensitive, combination skin. It’s not greasy feeling at all and it’s very lightweight yet super hydrating. I have tried so many moisturizer prior to and after purchasing Illiyoon for the first time and nothing compares. Best on price and quality, I will continue to buy this.

Holy grail for eczema
This is the first lotion that my 5 year old asks for more of. The first one that doesn’t sting when I put it on her sensitive, dry, itchy, scabby eczema flare ups. The first one that doesn’t make her feel worse. It’s non greasy, absorbs well, smooth and creamy, and a little goes a long way. I have only been using this on her for a couple of days now, but it seems to have already improved her problem areas quite a bit. Putting this lotion on her doesn’t feel like I’m just slathering it on top like every other lotion. You can tell it’s actually getting absorbed.Because it’s fragrance free, it does have that unappealing plain lotion scent to it. But it isn’t a strong smell, it doesn’t linger and I personally don’t find it too offensive considering it is fragrance free. (You’ll find this issue with every fragrance free product, so best to get over it. I said what I said.)If I could give this 100 stars, I would. After struggling through eczema with my child for 5 years and trying every lotion and cream and ointment and rx steroid imaginable, this is the first and only product that has actually impressed me.

Voici mon expérience :Tolérance : Je n’ai aucune réaction négative — ni rougeurs, ni sensations de brûlure.Efficacité : Elle hydrate extrêmement bien et apaise immédiatement ma peau dès qu’elle tiraille.Texture : On sent réellement que la barrière cutanée est protégée, sans pour autant avoir un fini collant.Le fait qu’elle soit totalement sans parfum et vegan a été un argument d’achat majeur pour moi.Je suis vraiment très satisfaite. Si vous souffrez de dermite atopique (eczéma) ou si vous avez une peau très sèche et capricieuse, vous devriez absolument l’essayer. Je vais la racheter sans hésiter

Ich habe diese Creme zufällig gefunden, als ich nach Ceramide Cremes gesucht habe. Ich muss nämlich dringend meine Hautbarriere reparieren. Durch langzeitig falsche Pflegeprodukte wurde meine Haut gerötet, hat kleine Unebenheiten und Pickelchen bekommen und hat Feuchtigkeit verloren was zu dehydrierter, leicht öliger Haut geführt hat. Also eine absolute Vollkatastrophe. Dazu habe ich auch von Natur aus sensible Haut, die sehr empfindlich auf neue Produkte reagiert.Ich habe meine Routine und Produkte nun geändert/angepasst und eins dieser Produkte ist diese Creme. Ich war erst bisschen nervös, da ich Cremes NIE vertragen habe und immer Pickel davon bekommen habe. Als ich diese Creme nach dem Gesicht waschen das erste Mal benutzt habe, dachte ich mir “Oh Gott ist die dick!”. Die Creme ist (für meine Verhältnisse) SEHR reichhaltig. Sie lässt sich sehr gut auf dem Gesicht verteilen. Anfangs klebt sie tatsächlich ein wenig und lässt das Gesicht etwas glänzen, aber ich habe wirklich mal auf die Uhr geschaut und nach 5-10min ist sie so schön eingezogen. Mein Gesicht war danach Butter weich, geschmeidig und nichts hat mehr geklebt oder geglänzt. Es war ein weiches, mattes Finish. Am nächsten Morgen war ich schockiert, wie gut sie schon meine Rötungen etwas beruhigt hat. Auch ein Pluspunkt ist, dass die Creme kein Parfüm enthält.Ich benutze die Creme jetzt erst seit 3 Tagen (immer Abends) und kann echt sagen, dass meine Rötungen und Unebenheiten schon gut zurückgegangen sind. Ich werde die Creme auf jeden Fall weiter verwenden. Vorallem für den Winter kann ich mir sie gut vorstellen. Im Sommer werde ich vielleicht auf die Lotion davon umsteigen, aber da bin ich mir noch nicht sicher.Fazit/kurz gefasst: Perfekt für sensible, trockene bis normale Haut. Gereizte Haut wird repariert und nichts klebt oder glänzt.

Ringrazio tutti coloro che hanno riportato esaustive recensioni perché l’ ho acquistata e già testata : è perfetta per chi ha la pelle sensibile e in parte secca . Si può usare anche sulle mani o sul corpo. Non ha profumazione. Molto idratante, lascia la pelle morbidissima. Forse non adatta a chi ha la pelle grassa.
