We’ve had this for about seven months now and use it all the time. We originally bought it for a beach trip back in August because we wanted a football that would be easy for everyone to catch, with ages ranging from 5 to adults.It worked perfectly for that, but now it has become one of those items that just lives in our trunk so we always have something fun to play with. The Jasonwell Pool Beach Water Football turned out to be a great addition to our summer pool routine. After using it regularly for about a week, I can confidently say it hits the sweet spot between safety and performance — especially for families or groups looking to stay active in the water.Performance & Design:The foam construction is soft enough to make it safe for play in and around the pool, even when kids or teens are launching passes with some force. Despite being lightweight and water-friendly, it has just enough weight and structure to throw it accurately and with decent distance — a nice balance that cheaper water balls often miss. We’ve used it in the pool, in the yard, and even at the lake, and it’s held up really well.Durability:After a week of near-daily use, including being soaked, thrown, dropped, and left in the sun, the ball still looks new. No splitting, no waterlogging, and the grip surface hasn’t degraded or peeled. That was a pleasant surprise given the price point, which feels very fair for the quality.Minor Drawback:The only downside is that I wasn’t given a choice in color. We received the orange version — which is totally fine and highly visible in water — but having the option to pick would have been a nice touch. Not a big enough issue to dock a star, but worth mentioning for those who like to match their gear.Bottom Line:This football delivers excellent value for poolside fun. It’s well-made, family-friendly, and holds up to real use — all without costing a fortune. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a reliable, safe, and entertaining toy for water-based games.
