Good Product ..BUT watch out for SYMPTOMS
Even though this review is being published in the 4-Star rating, I know that most people don’t read the 1, 2, & 3 stars, to make a purchase decision. It would be a good idea for buyers, not to ignore them.I started taking these Les Cortisol Health pills in 2019 because I was told that I was peri-menopausal, with stress and anxiety levels high. In addition to that, I had been diagnosed with High Blood Pressure and Sleep Apnea.When I first started to take the pills they were great because the 1-pill before bedtime with (no other medications), helped me to sleep soundly. This was a big plus because before I had interrupted sleep 3 – 4 times a night and not feeling well-rested.At first, I was getting good sleep and I ignored the other symptoms below and kept blaming preexisting conditions. However, as I continue to take the pill, I realized that I was experiencing more symptoms.I took a break from taking the pills and tried to take them every other month. After taking the pills alternating months for 90 days, started to focus on the symptoms, to try to do the process of elimination of what was causing them.When I stopped taking the pill, symptoms disappeared and returned when I restarted taking the Les Cortisol Health pill.I was blaming my daily workout…for the…Joint Pain from bones aches (lower back, knee, finger joints). Even though I did not experience that level of pain before I started taking the Les Cortisol.I was blaming my diet for what I ate the night before…In the morning my…blood pressure would jump 30 points than normal. When the previous night’s BP reading was 30 points less.My heart rate spiked up at least 20 points than normal in the morning.I was blaming my peri-menopausal state…when I experienced night sweats 2 to 3 times at night even though I did not have them for the last few years. Yes! I know sweats occur during menopause, but I know what my triggers are so I avoid those foods/drinks.I experienced insane dryness in the throat and would drink lots of water in the morning.I saw my doctor and was advised to immediately stopped the pill. All the symptoms above went away.Now, I am looking for a new natural pill that would not cause all of these symptoms. I am aware that individuals have different body, blood types, and medical conditions that they are battling. For those of you who don’t have ailments, I am glad that this pill worked out for you. I just wanted to share the above experiences in case they can be helpful to someone. Good Luck in deciding what is right for your body.

Did I mention I LOVE THIS PRODUCT? I am not a paid reviewer, just a regular person on a healing journey. My boyfriend found this product on Amazon and we decided to try this to help me with my stress levels. I had told him “I feel like I just can’t relax, and everything is stressing me out. I feel like I even if I won a million dollars I wouldn’t care because I’m just too stressed, and nothing can calm me down”. I immediately felt improvement after taking this product for the first time, and as I stayed on it, my stress levels have gone way down. I feel an inner peace and calm, and don’t seem to react like I used to, in times or stress, or in stressful situations. I started out taking 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in evening. Then I switched to 2 capsules at bedtime-and actually, this has helped REGULATE MY SLEEP! No more insomnia, no more tossing and turning. Be careful b/c this product can make you ZONK OUT and sleep late, if taken too late at night. I like taking this around 7 pm or so, this way I’m starting to get tired by 11 or 12. Sometimes I forget to take this, and then when I realize it’s past midnight and I am still wide awake, I take this product and I get tired fairly quickly. So here’s my long awaited review. It’s a little pricey but worth it, as it helps so much. I can’t believe it’s only got 66% 5 star reviews. This product is amazing and I recommend to give it a try. I just started giving my 78 lb dog a pill in the evenings and she’s been SO calm and so much happier. She looks like she is sleeping so well! For the cats I ordered ashwaganda powder and they’ve been also doing really well on it. I believe this particular formula has the perfect blend of Ashwaganda and ingredients. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for help with their adrenals, lower stress levels, and a great night’s sleep or help with Insomnia. I’m sure there are many other benefits as well.

I felt like I had taken Xanax, I could hardly walk after taking this. I woke up at 1:30 AM and couldn’t go back to sleep. My heart rate seemed very slow. I don’t think it is something I should take. But it may be for you?
