I was nervous to try, but it’s so mild!
I was nervous to try this because of the spicules, since I’ve never used a spicule based product before. I chose the 2000 PPM Exosome Shot to start on the gentler side, and I was pleasantly surprised by how mild it actually feels on the skin.I use this once a week after cleansing (about two pumps), gently pat it in, and then follow with my nighttime moisturizer. There is a very slight pokey sensation on application, but it’s not painful or irritating- just noticeable enough to know it’s there. By morning, my skin looks noticeably smoother, more refined, and almost glass-like.I have reactive, eczema-prone skin, so I’m usually very cautious with exfoliating products and anything containing acids. Despite the AHA + BHA + PHA blend and spicules, I have not experienced dryness, itching, or sensitivity with weekly use. The exfoliation feels effective, but not harsh or barrier stripping.I also like that the formula includes niacinamide and soothing components alongside the exfoliants, which likely help balance the overall results. The texture is lightweight, spreads easily, and layers well with other skincare without pilling or being sticky.Overall, this is a great entry level spicule serum if you’re curious but hesitant. It delivers smoother, more refined looking skin texture without the aggressive irritation I anticipated. I will likely continue with the 2000 PPM for maintenance, and may consider trying the higher strength once my skin fully acclimates.

Very Good. Not a “beginner strength” product. Prepare for prickling.
If you’re familiar at all with microneedling, this is the same idea. There are little spicy led (to y dissolving needles) in this serum that make micro channels in your skin to allow products to penetrate more deeply. It also has three gentle chemical exfoliants to smooth and brighten skin. It’s a fairly thick, non-sticky serum, and it prickles quite a bit when you massage it in. I bought this on a whim and found out later that this is NOT “beginner strength”. A starter serum would be a 100 ppm level. 2000 is definitely more intense and I do get some irritation immediately afterward. I own a professional grade microneedling machine, but between setting it up and sterilizing, it just feels like more of a project than I want to do for shallow, frequent needling. This serum is a nice shortcut and really, really speeds up the results I see from other products, and I use it roughly o CD a week.

I swear for the price and the effect it shows 10/10. Tbh I didn’t expect much from this all I know it’s that it kinda hurts and it replicates microblading but at home version so I got it. But I swear I’ve been using it as a night time routine and my dark spots is becoming lighter and lighter! I had this a HUGE dark pigmented spot on my cheek due to a pimple (literally every pimple I get leave a dark mark on my face it’s so annoying) anyways it’s now fading!!!!!! And what I got this product 2 weeks ago?? Fabulous. Definitely give it a go
