Perfect for Dino loving boys!
A favorite for dinosaur loving boys! My 4 year old loved opening the surprises each day and enjoyed doing each of the activities! I would recommend waiting a few days to do the activities as some of the materials for the project accumulate every few days, such as paint colors, rocks, etc.

Five year old was very engaged
This item kept my 5 year old happy and engaged. If he’s happy, I’m happy:

A little repetitive
Overall this was very cute! My 5 and 3 year old really enjoyed getting to do this every day. Some of the paint it comes with does not seem washable so that was a little unexpected as I don’t generally trust them with non washable paints. They also have several days that are rock painting and after the 3rd one my kids were not amused but rock painting anymore. Overall, it was cute and my kids had a good time but with there was a little more variety.

My kitchen is now a Jurassic disaster zone, and I’ve never been prouder.
Bought this for my kid. That was the official excuse. In reality, I wanted to live out my fantasy of becoming a world-renowned paleontologist-sculptor hybrid who works in clay and chaos. Mission accomplished. The kit comes with everything you need to make little dino masterpieces—or, in our case, deformed lizards that look like they’ve seen things. My T-Rex came out looking like he’d had a mid-life crisis and now works part-time at a gas station. My kid made a Triceratops with a sideways horn and named him “Steve.” Steve has become our emotional support dinosaur. The clay is colorful, soft, and moldable—until it mysteriously disappears and shows up days later under your shoe, behind the couch, and once, somehow… on the dog. National Geographic, how did you pack this much fun AND chaos into one box? I feel both amazed and personally attacked. The educational guide was a nice touch—my child learned actual facts, like how the Stegosaurus had a brain the size of a walnut, and I learned that stepping barefoot on a clay Velociraptor tail is worse than stepping on a LEGO. Barely. We had a blast for hours. HOURS. Which, in parent time, is basically a spa retreat. My house looks like a prehistoric crime scene, and my kitchen table has become the official Dino Display Museum (admission: one juice box).Final verdict: this kit is amazing. It’s messy, it’s silly, it’s educational, and it makes you feel like you’re Michelangelo sculpting dinosaurs during a sugar rush. 10/10 would buy again. In fact, I might need another one… Steve’s lonely.

Dino-Mite Christmas!
I gave this clay dinosaur kit to my grandson for Christmas, and it was an instant hit! As soon as he saw the box, he roared like a T-Rex and dove right in. The air-dry clay was easy for his little hands to mold, and the step-by-step instructions made it fun and frustration-free. He proudly displayed his colorful dino creations on the mantle like museum pieces! It was the perfect mix of creativity, learning, and prehistoric fun. Bonus points for keeping him happily busy while the adults cleaned up wrapping paper. Highly recommend for any young paleontologist-in-training!

Repetitive and Mid-Quality
Generally, this calendar was a positive experience for my six year old. Unfortunately, the modeling clay for the T-Rex was dried out (though still sealed) and could not be used. He looked carefully at all of the pictures on the box and anticipated the fun activities he could do, and he was looking forward most to making the clay T-Rex. The other drawback was that some activities (five days of rock painting) were repetitive, and half of the days (12) were just figurines rather than activities, but my son was a great sport about it.

El niño disfrutó cada dia, sobre todo con los que incluian manualidades.

Great idea to replace tv and electronic toys with something that allows for great family time. In the end the child has something they created to reminder them of their efforts.

Le regalé el calendario a mi sobrino que le encantan los dinosaurios y lo ha disfrutado mucho.
