Really effective!
These gummies work! I’ve been waiting forever to see one spot of my edges grow and since the last month and a half that I’ve been taking one of these gummies a day, my hair has already grown like an inch and a half in that area. They are strong tasting at first, but I got used to the flavor fast and I really enjoy it now. I’m happy I gave these gummies a try.

Unsure if grows hair, but hair feels stronger
Im not sure if it promotes hair growth, however, my hair stopped falling like it was, and feels stronger overall. I have been taking care of my hair more, but have a very stressful lifestyle, and was experiencing large amounts of hair loss in general. No bald spots, just felt like my hair was weaker. After i started taking these, falling hair decreased to previous normal amount, and hair feels thicker and stronger, as well as received comments on how nice my hair looked. I also did start taking a whey supplement because I have been avoiding animal protein source, so just in case that was the cause, however I was still eating eggs, milk, and cheese, just no red meat and very small amount of chicken. So not fully vegetarian, and still ingesting essential amino acids. So, am still not sure if the protein supplement helped or not. My routine did not change. Sorry if this is confusing, but Ill give four stars because I do believe it helped. I forgot to take for a couple days, and noticed the hair getting weaker and falling more again, after the protein supplement was started, which is a big sign to me this product is helping.

There seems to be a trend toward taking supplements in gummy-candy form. While it is much more pleasant to eat a sweet-tasting, candy-like vitamin, the added sugar in the diet adds up quickly, and it detracts from the health-giving qualities.I can see how these vitamins might be good for a parent who has trouble convincing a child to take their vitamins, or perhaps good for someone who has problems swallowing pills.I would really like it if these companies would make the vitamins using stevia, monkfruit, or another alternative sweetener that does not cause a blood sugar spike. Sugar-free, healthier options are available to sweeten, why would they use sugar – especially when the flavor isn’t negatively affected?Also, because it tastes like candy, I could see the potential for a child to overdose, if they are within reach. There is no safety lid. It is a vitamin, not candy, there should be a protective measure.As far as the vitamins themselves, I took a whole bottle and saw no change in my hair health. I believe these work well for hair health only if you have a deficiency in one of the listed ingredients. After taking these without noticeable results, I researched further and there are better ways to restore hair health. Supplementing with keratin or biotin, if the body is not deficient, is wasting money.Low levels of A, B, C, D, and E vitamins, Zinc, Iron, and protein, are connected to hair loss. Simply taking a multivitamin each day can prevent that; there is likely no need to purchase a supplement for hair if you take a multivitamin and each a healthy diet.
