I buy fresh ginger pretty regularly for cooking, tea, and juicing and this was really good quality. The pieces were firm, not dried out, and easy to peel and slice. It had a strong, fresh smell and flavor, which makes a big difference when you’re using it in soups or stir fry. I also use it for ginger tea when we’re feeling run down, and it worked great for that too. Good size bag and stays fresh in the fridge, I don’t like buying more than I’ll use at once so the size is great. Would definitely repurchase.
