Great to pass the time
I had purchased this shortly before getting sick and made a few origami friends while isolating. The instructions were at times a bit difficult to follow so I had to venture to YouTube for some tutorials, but after, the instructions made a bit more sense. Overall, a solid purchase. Would recommend for someone that has at least a little experience with origami or is old enough to look up tutorials on their own.

If all the folds were easy… then it wouldn’t be an art
I’ve always been a fan of Origami, especially when I was a kid.I brought a lot of the “basics” with me to adulthood, and i’ll randomly create something when out at dinner or when I have a spare piece of paper in my possession. haha.My niece has shown an interest in things I’ve created in the past, and she also has taken a love to the arts & crafts that I’ve shown her….. Because of this I figured i’d pick her up a couple origami books to broaden her “crafty” gene. lolAs with any Origami books, there’s parts that are going to be more difficult than others.That’s just how it goes. I mean, If it was all easy…. it wouldn’t be an art.(I’m not going to deduct a star because someone has a problem making a certain fold)Practice Practice PracticeMany of the folds, once you figure out what the illustration is trying to portray, are used many other times in other Origami pieces.Once you get the hang of it, and figure out which way the curved arrow is telling you to fold, it’ll get easier and easier.I think they did a great job with this book. It’s excellent for someone wanting to give Origami a shot.Since it has paper included, it basically has everything you need to get started!With the exception of writing utensils for decorating, if necessary……… or perhaps tape if you get frustrated.All-in-all…. a great set.

Great origami kit!
Love this. There are lots of fun things to make from easy to quite hard. The instructions are some of the best I have seen for Origami projects with good illustrations and clear step by step instructions The paper is easy to work with and comes in beautiful colors.

Beautiful beginners kit!
This origami kit is great! It has tons of pre-cut paper with many many different designs as you can see in my video. It comes with a great instruction booklet that shows many different pictures of many different animals and other things you can make with origami. I plan to have this as a Fun game to play with my children and grandchildren. It’ll be interesting to see who has the patience to fold the paper correctly and make the animals. I’m sure it will be a hit!

Paper is great for organizing.Book lacks of good detail clear illustrations. Too vague for beginners. Maybe ad QR codes with videos.Nothing but frustration following the book directions

Sin embargo, muchas de las instrucciones no tienen imágenes para algunos de los pasos, por lo que puede ser complicado obtener la figura deseada.
