Worked on deep, closed cystic-type blemish.
I’ve never used a product like this before, so my take is limited in that I can’t compare with other brands. However, I bought these patches specifically to try to manage a deep blemish on my chin that simply would not go away- it would fill, become red and inflamed, then subside with heat packing etc, but never go away. This went on for months. At best, it was a closed but still visible spot with a hard bump underneath. It never opened, so it was impossible to drain. It took three of the peach slice dots (I wore one each night for three nights in a row) to effectively treat this, but I feel like they were effective. It did take multiple applications, but the dots visibly drained the contents, and by the time I removed the third dot, my skin was smooth- no more hard bump. I did have a very slight pink spot on my skin where I used the dots, but it faded in one day. The dot did not cause any damage- no change in texture, rash, or wound on my (sensitive) skin- just the pinkness. I’ve since used more of the patches on whiteheads and open blackheads and feel like they do drain contents and make acne less visible. I wish the packet came with more of the 10mm dots (6 in the package), as I feel like the 7mm (15 in the package) are really limited in where you can use them. The largest 12mm patches (9 in the package) are the most useful for larger, deeper blemishes. I don’t spend money on a lot of beauty products and am generally a low-maintenance kind of person, but I thought the price was very reasonable (especially in comparison with the “hero” brand dots). Since the peach slices did perform as advertised, I’m skeptical that the big-name-brand dots can perform twice as well- which they’d have to to justify being twice the price.

Great for the price, blends in well
So far, these are working great. I’m definitely gonna try other products from this brand. There not easy to spot when I put them on, blending in with my skin (until they turn white about 6-8 hours later).I wasn’t expecting them to be gummy, I’d never tried this product in any form before. They’re kinda squishy. They didn’t help with my hormonal acne (deep blemishes), but they do help with acne on the surface & seemingly drew the deep blemish closer to the surface. It also kept me from picking it.

A Must-Have for Breakouts!
These Slices Acne Spot Dots have become a staple in my skincare routine! Whenever I feel a breakout starting, I put one on overnight, and by morning there’s a noticeable difference — reduced redness, less swelling, and sometimes the blemish is practically gone.The hydrocolloid material works really well at drawing out impurities while protecting the spot from touching or picking (which is a huge plus). They stick securely through the night but are still gentle and easy to remove without irritating my skin.I also love that they’re thin and fairly discreet, so you can even wear them during the day if needed. The 30-count pack is convenient and lasts a while.If you’re looking for an easy, mess-free way to treat pimples, these patches are definitely worth trying. Highly recommend!

Ever since I started to buy these they are my go to for patches. They help right away. They stay on for a long time so you don’t have to worry about them falling off. I use them for pimples takes about two days and leaves no scar.

Product is great but delivery (patches) is lacking
I like the idea behind these. The discretion and reported healing of little patches. I have various times even at 50 where I get teenage sized acne and I need something to heal and calm the inflammation as well as keep me from messing with. (I know that I know better). These arent cost prohibitive either and there is a smaller amount so I thought it would be great to try.I think the actual product that does the healing is pretty effective. The execution of the patches is where I had serious problems. They just wouldn’t stay on. At all. So I found myself burning through a relative small supply in order to have maybe two or three stay on for any amount of time. Those ones that stayed on, they were effective. The acne improved, the redness was noticeably less and it was enough of an improvement that I considered buying them again, even to only be able to use 4 out of a pack of 30I talked myself out of that though. There is either another option that will have same results and stay on my skin because not every product works for every one person’s skin. Its impossible to create something like that. Im hoping i can find that product that will stay on and deliver the same results because the 3 star Rating is for my unique experience, not because the actual meat of the product isnt effective. Like I stated, I think the healing properties of whatever is in those patches is amazing for cystic acne flares on a 50 year old woman

Cheap and great!!
Ok I’ve been a diehard nexcare patch fan and thought nothing worked as well. But I needed to find a cheaper choice so I tried these on a whim. My first night, it brought the pus to a head but the pimples didn’t decrease in size. Second night I wore them longer and by morning the pimples were almost flat! I put a fresh patch on for the day and avoided makeup and by night, they basically disappeared. So I’d say they work just as well, but take a bit longer. I like that there were more size options too, but they aren’t as discrete on your skin. I had no qualms wearing nexcare in public but these are more opaque. But for the price, I think I’ve been converted!
