These give fantastic flavor to just about any dish or salad. But they must be fresh. Firm. A good red color. They will last a long time. If you buy them fresh.

They never are only one size. You can pick and choose from what you see on the produce shelves. I choose a larger one so i had what i needed for the recipe i was making that evening with enough left to snack on as i cooked. ;-). Incredibly crunchy, sweet and delicious.
