Well Priced, Solid Choice
We’ve had this fountain about 2 months and so far I like it. Full disclosure that I have never had a pet water fountain before, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but I spent countless hours comparing various fountains online and this one checked all my boxes – simple assembly and cleaning, filters that don’t need to be changed weekly and are easy (and cheap) to replace, stainless steel base, pan, AND bubbler, and constant water movement vs only when movement is sensed. Cleaning all the parts does take me 30-45 minutes, but I scrub everything with soap and rinse well BEFORE I put the pump pieces in the vinegar solution, so I add an extra step. I also dump all the water and rinse the bowl well every other day. Even doing that I see tiny bits of foot, etc that gets in it from my cats. They drink a lot of water already, but they drink even more with this. The sounds isn’t bad, either. Unless I am near it, I don’t even notice it.The seller is responsive, as well. I sent a question to the seller and received a response within 1-2 days.

Nice fountain
I have had this for 2 months so far and it works great. My cat enjoys drinking from the stainless steel fountain. It holds a lot of water and is easy to clean. I like the window for viewing the water level and the soft blue lighting. I find the gentle water sounds to be soothing.

Good, low noise, stainless steel
Very low noise level, can barely hear it. Easy to set up. I’d recommend putting something Under it.. my cat does keep trying to bat the wire that it plugs in the wall with, and when he does that is knocks out the plate and I have to go and fix it. That’s the only annoying part. The way the wire is under the plate.

I previously owned a plastic model, but it was inconvenient to clean, so it had to be replaced often. For that reason, I decided to try this product. There are many brands available, and I wasn’t sure which one to choose. I selected this one based on the reviews, and it turned out to be a good choice.The small circle design makes it easy to see when the fountain needs more water. It is easy to clean, completely quiet, and the size is perfect. The design is simple but elegant, and the quality is excellent.

It works well, but the filter captures almost zero debris
The good: The motor works well to circulate the water and my cats do tend to use it. The stainless steel is easily cleaned, and the in-water light is nice to have for the kitties at night. The bad: What does not work is the filtration system. Even if you put two filter cartridges into the filter carrier (in an attempt to capture as much impurities/debris as possible), almost nothing is filtered out of the water. In fact, all bits of hair, food, or dust end up in the bottom of the water container, and not on/in the filter. So I suggest that you change the water in the container at least once per week. Would I buy it again? No. Because the filter does not work.

Worth it
With 2 cats, this has been the best model of water fountain yet. Easy to clean, great filter system and really quite. Water flow is perfect, not to fast or slow and offers different options to drink from. It’s USB plug in which I like instead of batteries or longer plug in cords

good value, does the job, pretty convenient
This has been solid choice – 20 bucks for a stainless steel fountain, easy to clean and maintain. The capacity is good for about a week for our cat, so we refill it every week and clean/change filters every other week. I’ve had this fountain for about 6 months now with no problems. The filters are currently $30 for a pack of 24 which is almost a year’s supply, which isn’t bad as well.

A Yeti for you pet. Cool refreshing water 24/7
I’ve only had this for about 2 weeks so I hope this review holds up. The item arrived completely assembled I only had to pop in the main filter cartridge. Instructions were easy to read with pictures included. After reading other reviews on similar products I set it on a large plastic pet mat in case it leaked or splashed excessively, filled it up and plugged it in. It was was quite and the center fountain worked as pictured. The blue light in the front showed the water level and looked so nice. There was no splashing just cascading water. Now here come the pets, a poodle and a Blue Russian kitty. The dog went right in lapping up the water. The kitty sat and played in the water when it was his turn, batting at the fountain then walking away. I’d hoped it would’ve gone the opposite way since I left the dogs water bowl out beside this new item. The kitty later returned and enjoyed the nice cold water alone taking his time to figure out how to position his fat head near the center fountain and not get splashed. Cats aren’t ones for public humiliation 😾.He loves batting at the water now and always having cold water available. I filled my fountain with cold filtered water from my refrigerator not the tap so now the pets get double filtered water and the stainless steel keeps it that way! Their very own Yeti!! No more warm water with floaties that has to be changed daily. When the fountain slows to a dribble, check the water level window, it’s time to clean and refill. Both pets love it. I love it. The price was great and none of the problems I read about with the other products. Glad I read all the reviews before choosing this one and paying about 10.00 more! WORTH IT. One Last thing, since it’s advertised for cats it was smaller than I was expecting, about 8″ wide circle but it holds a whole liter of water. Any larger and it would probably look odd actually.

Seit einer Woche in Betrieb und sehr zufrieden. Wackelt Nix und ist angenehm leise. Meine Ragdoll findet es super und trinkt sehr viel draus. Meine Britisch Kurzhaar macht einen großen Bogen drum, aber sie ist auch sehr vorsichtig

La fontana è davvero bella, anche il rompigetto è d’acciaio e ciò è molto apprezzabile (in molti articoli simili questa parte è di plastica). Al momento funziona perfettamente ed è silenziosissima. L’abbiamo affiancata temporaneamente a quella di plastica che funzionava altrettanto bene ma non garantisce a mio giudizio sufficiente igiene. Dopo un paio di giorni di diffidenza i gatti hanno cominciato ad usarla quindi ora terremo la fontana vecchia solo come back up.Fino a qualche tempo fa era piuttosto difficile trovare una fontana d’acciaio ad un prezzo ragionevole, finalmente si può acquistare praticamente allo stesso prezzo di quella tradizionale.Ho letto alcune recensioni molto negative su questo stesso prodotto ma nel mio caso l’articolo è arrivato in condizioni ottime e per ora funziona in modo eccellente. E’ un po’ piccolina, per due gatti va ancora bene, ma non penso si possa usare per un cane se non di piccola taglia.I miei gatti ed io siamo soddisfatti per ora. Aggiornerò senz’altro la recensione se insorgeranno problemi.Una nota, perché nella descrizione Amazon non era chiarissimo. La fontana è corredata di cavo USB + adattatore per la presa di corrente domestica.

I have had this fountain for a few months now and it totally stopped my cats from drinking out of the taps.I love the fact it has multiple outlets as I have more than one cat.I can clearly see when the water is getting low due to the little porthole in the front.It is totally silent, so suitable for any room in the house.The filters are easily cleaned, and 12 are supplied free of charge when requested and also has a 2 year warranty.On the whole, this product and customer service are the best value for money and so far proved exceptional.
