Don’t like the smell but very effective
I really don’t like the strong smell it has. It’s not a pleasant smell for me. I would much prefer something fresh/fruity/citrus but it has some sort of an artificial linen smell that gives me a headache. However this is the only pet accident remover/cleaner that has actually worked. It completely removed the stains when used right away after the accident (checked under UV light) and odor (even though the scent I don’t like lingers for a while). Another thing I noticed was I have an air purifier that detects VOC levels and this was the only cleaning product that didn’t make my air purifier go off. I was surprised by it. My air purifier won’t detect any VOC whenever I used this despite the horrible scent. I recently switched over to a different spray solution that smells amazing (fruity) but I was so disappointed to find out every time I use that product the VOC level on my air purifier peaks. For that reason I’ll probably switch back to this even though I don’t like the smell. I feel much safer using this over something else that smells better but would release harmful chemicals/gas.

It just smells clean!
During quarantine, we adopted two puppies in addition to our six year old Rottweiler. Our littlest puppy girl, Islay, was sick with Parvo and nearly died. As a result she was developmentally delayed and couldn’t seem to get her potty training down. Our other puppy boy, Deacon, who took to potty training like a duck to water, started marking around the house wherever Islay went. The smell was awful. We tried everything, everything, to get rid of the smell. I was about to give up and just use air fresheners until I stumbled on this. I almost passed it up because it was a little pricey, but so glad I didn’t…it got rid of the stains on my rugs and sofa and it smells clean, not perfume clean, just clean! I will buy this again and again.We put it in a spray bottle and let it soak into the rugs and furniture for about 5-10 minutes, then “rinsed” with hot water from our carpet shampooer.

Epileptic pees himself whenever he seizures but this got rid of the lingering pee odor!
I absolutely love this product. I have bought so many other pee smell removing products and none of them have worked. My nose is ultra powerful I would almost say its dog like! My dog who has epilepsy cant control his bladder sometimes when he has a seizure and so the smell of the pee has just sat around for the past year. For the past year I have ordered countless orders of other products claiming to get rid of the smell but none of them can seem to do the job as well as this one. As soon as I bought this and sprayed it on the places where the smells come from, they just up and vanished after letting it sit for a few minutes. I can walk into the different rooms of the house and the odor of dog pee is no longer there. It didn’t help that my other dog was marking based off of the pee smells too. But now altogether the smells have just gone and now my other dog is no longer marking the place up with his own pee. Its great! It has been a month now and no smells whatsoever. This thing is a lifesaver and a GODSEND. My parents are also on my case about the smell of the pee whenever they visit but they were also amazed at how there is no smell lingering anymore. I absolutely would buy again, because it works as advertised. I have no idea why some people had problems with this product but it works magically.
