Great book for kids and adults
I bought this book for a 12 year old who had started playing Gran Turismo and really liked the Lamborghinis. But then I sat down and read it myself and was really impressed. It is wonderful history and excellent explanation of car innovations. I like reading car reviews, but on a lot of the jargon I don’t really know what they are talking about. Most of those innovations came from supercars, and this book gives that history with little asides about how blowers, turbos, AWD, dual clutches, and other things work. I thought it was outstanding. Well written, great photos, great diagrams, and a highly readable history on the subject.

A True Car Lover’s Dream Book
If you are like me and your head turns whenever a cool car passes by you on the street or on the road, or you prefer Formula 1 and Grand Prix racing, then this book is for you. It is an incredibly impressive book. It gives you a thorough and detailed history of the world’s greatest supercars – the science, styling, creation, and vision in creating them. It goes to the dawn of the automobile straight to the present day. It is filled with interviews and anecdotes from a lot of the world’s most prominent automobile experts. It goes through torque vectoring, gearboxes, aerodynamics, and so many other things, but never once does it seem like a text book. It is all presented in a very easy to follow and interesting way. And the pictures and diagrams throughout the book are fantastic and definitely compliment the book.

9 year old LOVES this book.
I bought this for my son because he loves super cars and he also loves this book. He reads it on his own (he reads way above grade level) but it is an easy read even for me, (I have very little interest in cars) so we enjoy reading it together as well. I would recommend it for adult super car enthusiasts but also for parents to read with their kids.

Jeśli w Polsce, to Allegro

I brought this book because ive always had a fascination of cars and I wanted to know more about it but couldnt find the right book until I found this one. The design and overall quality of the book is outstanding there are very important people from the automotive industry that have had part in the making of the book which gives it more authenticity. The book itself starts way back from the first cars and how they worked as well as the advancements in technology that have made supercars into what they are today. Throughout the book there are many detailed images and descriptions of different car parts such as the 4 stroke engine and the visualisations really help with the understanding. This book has taught me a lot about cars and has changed the way I look at them completely and really helped appreciate the technology inside them. An absolute 10/10 for car lovers of even for people who arent interested in cars, it is still a very good read.
