If you want a quick great chicken strip, this is great, and about as heathy as you can get for a chicken strip. Not many in bag, but they are good and get crispy, in the air fryer. Better than the big bags, of the same, sold at Costco.

this is a great for a quick meal at night when you have no time to make anything if you have an air fryer, they were great in there. They taste very nice just like you made them at home. If you had the time this is good for kids too.

Good, but spicy!
While the chicken itself was tasty, it left a spicy/ peppery taste in my mouth.Perhaps the label should indicate the spice level of this chicken.Other than being overly spicy (for me), this is an otherwise good tasting item.
