Kids love the light
Kids love it and nice when it’s a little darker out on the summer nights.

I expected more
I had high hopes for this football. The size is not ideal, it makes it difficult to get a good grip to make a good throw. It also is too squishy. The concept is good, but the execution is not there. I think it’d be a decent toy for children however. It is still fun with bright lights, but I think it needs refinement.

Great football for little ones lights up beautifully
My kids really like this ball…way moee than I do. The football is very soft. You cannot actually inflate it though so it will always be a little underflated. The football is small, so younger kids can easily grip and throw it with ease. It actually throws really nice. The LED lights inside the tail are nice. The glow really bright. I love the fact that it is rechargeable so ypu won’t have to go buying batteries all the time. While in the backyard, the ball looks awesome when it first starts to get a little dark outside. The ball itself is very durable and has withstood my boys without losing its shape or being punctured. This would actually make a great birthday gift. The price is reasonable and it brings a lot of fun. The only drawback I would say is that it is incredibly easy to disassemble to reach and recharge the battery, which is great, but leads to a whole different way to play which was not initially intended. The kids like to unscrew the bottom, fill the cavity with beads, and then barely screw it back together. They then like to pretend that it is a bomb and throw it at each other’s feet. Kudos to the football for withstanding this abuse but it causes me a little annoyance. This is not the toys fault and maybe your kids are better behaved then mine (or less rowdy)…but the fact that it is so easy to manipulate and open up has caused me more than a little extra time cleaning and complaining. But now that it is officially warming up outside I can throw them out there to play. It will keep them busy for a good long time!

super fun!
This football is an absolutely brilliant idea and works even better than I had hoped. I got it for my son so he and his friends could keep playing outside as it gets dark, and it has been a huge hit. It’s not just a weak glow-in-the-dark material; the internal LED is incredibly bright, making the ball easy to see and track in a dark yard. It has a good weight and feel to it, so you’re not sacrificing the experience of throwing a real football. The fact that it’s rechargeable via USB is a huge plus, saving the hassle and cost of constantly replacing batteries. It’s a simple concept, executed perfectly. This has completely changed the “it’s too dark to play” dynamic and provides a ton of fun. It’s a fantastic product for any kid who loves playing outside.

This is really cool & fun!
So this Glow in the dark football seems to get light from that back wing, and its a led light, which is great. My son and his cousins think this is soo awesome and really enjoy playing with it! It keeps its charge a really good length of time. The glow is strong but it dosn’t look like the photo aka like fire.It does light up its near surroundings and thats really cool to use at night or in a dark hallway.

Glow in The Dark Football – Great for Youth Play
I ordered this for my 11-year-old grandson who is an avid fan of all sports and loves tossing a football with his dad. I love the fact that this lights up which allows for some early evening play out front just before sunset. It lit up right out of the box, which is always nice when presenting a gift. I also like that it is rechargeable with a standard Type C cable of the same type most of our phones use. It did come with a charging cable but no power block, which is typical these days. The size is perfect for a youth-sized hand but would be too small for older teens or adults. It does seem a bit flimsy and I can see this taking a beating after hitting the ground a few times. I would recommend only playing with it over grass as pavement would accelerate the damage. That was the only reason I deducted a star from my rating. IF it holds up, the $28 price tag is reasonable.
