Excellent Customer Service and High-Quality Camera: A Satisfying Experience
I purchased a NATIKA Backup/Front View Camera and installed it while waiting for the parts needed to install an aftermarket head unit on my 2008 4Runner. During this time, I decided to test the camera using a TV monitor, but unfortunately, it did not work. I reached out to customer service, and they responded promptly and provided detailed instructions to help diagnose the issue. Despite making some wiring changes and checks as instructed, the camera still didn’t work.Jason from the service team arranged to send a replacement camera, which was extremely helpful. While waiting for the replacement, the parts for my head unit arrived, and I went ahead with the installation. On a whim, I decided to test the camera again with the newly installed head unit—and it worked perfectly. Although I couldn’t pinpoint the issue when using the TV monitor, I was relieved and happy that everything worked out in the end.The camera’s performance, both day and night, is exceptional, delivering clear and reliable quality. It also matches the car well, with an OEM-like design that integrates seamlessly and looks like it came with the vehicle from the factory. Beyond the product, the customer service was truly outstanding. Jason’s prompt and generous support made a significant difference in my experience, turning a frustrating situation into a positive one. Thanks to his help, I now have full confidence in recommending this camera to anyone looking for a dependable product backed by an excellent support team.

I like it
So I looked around and ended up buying this one. It was worth the price. Bought this was a 2014 Hyundai SonataMy pictures show my lathing of the yellow vid aux to the trunk. I went via the bottom of the car as it was easier and I didn’t want to take off airbag panels. But removing the lower panels is incredibly easy, though you will need to remove the back seat (YouTube on how to do so for your car if you actually need to), and just followed the wiring, zip tying as I went along.I cut a hole into that wire socket after taking off the back seat and pushed it through. Then removed the panels on the trunk, back up lights, the trim, etc (YouTube is your friend), drilled a hole into the plate light panel and snaked the camera power lead to the one from the front of the car.Picture quality could be better, I don’t have an issue with 720p and actually think it’s fine for most eyes (you don’t need to see the pores of people in the car behind you). BUT it could be clearer, think though that the night vision might actually be messing with the lighting during the day and that’s why.So the wires that come with the camera, you know the ones, the white purple and green ones. People looking and reviews and answers people aren’t really clear, thinking that little info will go a long way. It doesnt and people need to learn to actually say what they do, so I’ll clear that up below.Green: the back up guide lines you see telling you how close to something you are(blue, yellow, red) cut this if you don’t want those.Purple: horizontal or vertical viewing. Leave kf you want horizontal, cut if you want vertical. If you have a sedan or your trunk lifts up, leave it be. Anything else, like a truck that has a latch or the trunk flips open like a door, cut it.White: flips the image. So basically this is a preference. If you leave it alone, looking at the screen in your car when in reverse. It will be like if you were looking straight ahead. Right will be right left will be left. If you cut it, right will be left, left will be right on the screen. I left it as it cause it’s easier. The angle(170°) is actually really nice and let’s you see pretty much everything, which I like. The video I placed was at sunset, and you can see the quality is pretty good. Nothing earth shattering but it’ll do it’s job.I’d like to see how this hold up as people say it dies in a could of months. Though I’ll see how it goes and probably just buy one for a bit more money if that happens. But so far I really like it. Will update in like 5 months

Very nice overall.
Solid performance so far, though mine was a challenging install. I installed as a lip mount on the chrome molding on my trunk. What I thought was a solid placement ended up being a problem as the nut (and possibly the threaded mounting post) from the kit was bumping up against the trunk due to the portion of the trunk underneath the chrome molding being angled (think of it being a triangular shape underneath the molding rather than a square-like shape). The molding wouldn’t sit flush with where the camera was placed. I basically ended up lengthening the hole using the drill bit as a workaround dremel (didn’t want to have to go dig it out). I ended up with an oblong hole that ultimately was functional but created some headaches trying to get things fitted. Thankfully, despite my vehicle being a 2007 Toyota Yaris, the chrome trunk molding had a little outline for where a factory camera might be placed, offering a sense of the angle that the camera should ideally be at when installed to the side of the license plate. I double checked our Subaru’s camera and it also has a slight angle pointing the camera toward the center of the vehicle. That said, having to move the camera away from the trunk resulted in a camera that is basically flush and perhaps just slightly protruding beyond the edge of the chrome molding instead of being more recessed under the lip, which would be ideal. The challenges I had were more an issue with the vehicle, but potential improvements to the product that would’ve helped would be:1) Having the threaded mounting post be more centered from front to back on the base of the camera. Trunk moldings/trim vary and I assume there is some reason for the design, but if the post were centered on the base of the camera, it’s likely that the efforts to move the hole would have been less of an issue. The chrome molding has a horizontal lip underneath, which then angles slight up as a subtle beveled edge (see pics). Having to move the camera away from the vehicle meant that instead of having the front of the camera be mostly in line with the beginning of that beveled edge, the front of the camera ended up significantly overhanging that edge. I ended up using one of the wedges to basically fill that space at the front rather than using it to angle the camera. It’s not a perfect solution, but it should be workable overall.2) Shorter threaded post. This would help with more shallow install locations like mine.3) Flatter nut. Possibly narrower as well. Basically whatever might help minimize the space taken up by the hardware on the back/underside of the camera.Things I like?As advertised, the smaller non-RCA neck on the camera cable means I was able to use one of the original holes in the trunk as the pass thru. It was a hole used for a retaining clip on the molding. Based on the number of bolts and two other retaining clips in the molding, I decided the clip in question was optional (it was also removable from the molding, making things easier). In sum, I didn’t have to drill through the metal of the trunk to get the camera cable wired and attached throughout the trunk lid.The image is very good in low light (see pics), especially compared to the stock 2017 Subaru Forester backup camera. The low light performance is great to have as the primary reason for the camera is due to the tint we have on the vehicle. When in reverse I’ve found the tint is problematic when looking over the shoulder or in the mirror out the back of the vehicle. The reverse lights just don’t provide enough illumination to help when looking through the tint in reverse when it’s dark out. The trade off with this camera is the pronounced fish-eye effect. The Subaru camera looks basically representational of what you see with the naked eye while this one has the extra curvature to the image around the edges. All in all, a very useful and workable product. I’m not sure I’ll install one again on my own given the amount of time it took to troubleshoot everything and get things lined up. I might just pay the local big box chain to do it if I get another CarPlay receiver installed in our other vehicle that doesn’t have a backup camera. That said, given the learning experience with this install, it might make things more feasible with the next one.

Stranger in a Strange Land –
I got this camera to retrofit my 2007 Corolla. It worked like a charm and looks great, it has all the looks of a stock camera.Very solidly built, easy to install (you make only one hole in your car, maybe 2 in my case). Image is crispy clear. More than happy with this purchase.

It’s showing lower part of parking only I think it’s not enough, and camera adjusting pads while fixing is provided not same as shown in the picture, it’s just a form material and there is no way to cancel the parking guidelines as seller said. and not the same camera as described.
