Great item for the whole family
Great toy for the kids to play in the yard. Got this for one of the games that the grandkids played with on Easter. It really got them all involved

Fun game for the most part
Here’s the thing: this is a dodge ball-type game based around a six-sided foam die. They say you can play with 2–6 players but that 4–6 is ideal. So far, we haven’t had the opportunity to play with more than three of us: me, wife, son who just turned six. Age level is listed as six and up. He can play but not very well. Eight and up is probably better. That said, he really likes the game and generally wants to keep playing, even though he loses every time, even with his mother trying to help him.As for game play, it’s a bit complicated at first glance but ultimately very easy to learn. Playing is a bit problematic, especially with a six-year-old, because it’s not so easy to quickly read and react to the die. He will guard it, then grab it, even when it’s someone else’s color. With three players you have three left over sides of the die, which become wild. It’s a bit to process, grab or run, yell freeze or make yourself freeze, then get to the dodge part. With four players you’d have two wilds, five would have one and six none. So you see why the more the merrier. However, if you have more than six, someone’s left out.The way it works, as I understand it, is if your color is rolled, you grab the die and yell freeze while everyone else runs away. You then get three steps towards anyone and a throw. Hit and you steal a wrist band from them. Miss and they steal one of yours. If they catch your throw cleanly, they also get one of yours. If a wild side turns up, anyone can grab it and the same rules apply. You start with 3 bands. First one to 6 wins. Pretty simple. Pretty fast for us playing with 3 and our son not very good at it.Oh yes, the wrist bands. These are those silicon (rubber?) bands you see. They come in sets of 3 in 6 different colors. For those with larger hands, like myself (not huge or anything but an L glove size), it’s a bit of a pain getting them on and off, which you have to do several times if you play a few games.The die itself is fairly heavy and dense, so you wouldn’t want to whip it hard at younger kids. It seems to be solidly made, so should last a good while playing on grass. The size is good for an adult to throw. Our son has a good arm and he can get some oomph on his throws, but when he throws it at me from five feet away it’s an easy catch for me.So, hopefully we get a chance to play with 6. It’s pretty fun. You run around a little, then get a breather, then run some more, so you will get a little exercise playing.

Fun Backyard Dodgeball Game That Gets Everyone Laughing
This is a really fun game. My kids actually got it for Christmas, so because of the weather they’ve mostly been playing it in our basement instead of outside, but even indoors it has been a blast.Most of the time my three daughters just play together, but we’ve also jumped in as a family a few times and it always leads to a lot of laughing. The gameplay is simple enough that everyone can jump right in without a long explanation, which makes it perfect for kids.The foam dice are soft and lightweight, so you don’t have to worry about anyone getting hurt while throwing them around. Everything feels well made and the materials have held up nicely so far. The instructions were also clear and easy to follow.Overall it’s a really fun and active game. I’m honestly looking forward to when the weather warms up so the kids can play it outside where they’ll have even more room to run around.

Fun Game
The Whomp Ball game is such a fun twist on classic dodgeball. It is a big soft foam die that kids and adults can throw it without anyone getting hurt. It’s one of those games you can pull out instantly, no setup, no rules to memorize, just start tossing and laughing. The soft foam die isn’t sticky at all, so it doesn’t pick up dirt or grass the way some foam toys do, and it stays clean even after a lot of outdoor play. The material feels surprisingly durable, it keeps its shape, doesn’t tear, and handles plenty of throwing, rolling, and general kid chaos without any issues. The included wristbands are a great touch for team play and make it easy to keep track of who’s “in” or “out.” It works just as well in the backyard as it does for PE class or group activities. For b the price, the value is excellent. You get the big foam die plus a full set of wristbands, and the game works for kids and adults, so it gets used a lot.Overall, it’s a simple, energetic game that gets everyone moving and having fun.
